Alright, so no one did this for the month of January so I thought I'd chip in my opinion on the courses that most stuck out to me!
I am omitting my own course "Asylum" because I dont think it is fair to rank my own course lol
2 things of note:
this is purely my opinion, I tend to have a bias towards certain styles of golf courses and I think that will be clear in my rankings
I have not played every course, I also limited this to courses that are Tour Worthy as I didnt have much time to look at others.
If you see a Tour Worthy Course that I missed or skipped over, it's very likely I didnt play it yet!
Please use this list to find some gems that you might've missed!
10. Lost Trail by rayzor
A solid coastal course with some really fun hole design and great views all around. Really think the next course by this guy will blow your socks off
9. Pinedale Trails by HoneyBadgerHacker
A Beautiful and quite difficult track that very much tests every part of your game, definitely his best course yet!
8. The Sands of al-Qahirah by aron7
Watched this one progress since early beta, this course is easily one of the best looking courses released this month featuring eye candy around every corner
7. Pearl Mountain 2 by arcticfury
did I mention eye candy? It's an arctic fury course, enough said.
6. The Motown Club 1916 by theclv24
A great interesting fictional renovation of a real course turned back in time towards it's roots. I love how this course has been transformed.
5. Cades Cove TN by Terry Grayson
An all-around fun course that kind of has everything done well, good planting, hole design and more.
4. Cherrybrook Golf Club by mattf27
Minimalism done well, parkland courses are deceptively hard to make well and matt might be the best in the game at making them.
3 Royal Melb. (Composite) by Heisenberg
just a stunning recreation of the royal melbourne courses played together in their president's cup form. a long time in the making and well worth the wait.
2. Pinewood CC by VctryLnSprts
Maybe my current favorite LiDar course in the entire game, this rendition was just done so well with the sheer detail crammed into this plot. A joy to play
1. The OG Club by Calan Hoppe
not even a member of the forums, this man created one of the most interesting courses I have ever played in this game. featuring tiny greens and an absolutely imaginative layout, the more times I play this the more I like it. I keep coming back for more! He also happens to be an associate of an IRL Course Architect Firm!
