Is edging banned/cheating? There really is no need to do so with a mouse. I use a mouse (an old crappy Dell mouse- after my logitech wireless broke) and it isn't that hard to keep it in the cone. At least for me, the shorter I keep the motion the better. It's tougher on putts for some reason, but for the full swings I can't see why anyone would need to edge. It just takes some practice to get a good feel for how you should hold your hand and move it. I still get a few greasy shots but overall, most times I am in the fairway.

There is nothing within the API that will effect your game. It is a read only program. It reads the data and that is it. The only thing it is designed for is to alert whoever is reading it on the number of strokes that were hit 100% or 99.9998 straight. Basically straighter than a person could hit it without an aid. If you are being monitored there is no magic switch that they turn off or turn on to make your game better/worse. It just means they will look at the data from this program. That is all. The other thing that you really can't count on is watching ghost balls when it comes to shots. It is unreliable at best. I have played life with a friend and it will show they hit outside the cone on my screen but they will say they are near straight. It will show on my screen they hit a shot at 51% when the hit it 100%, so playing live and ghosting really is only reliable to show the results of a shot, whether they ended up in the fairway, rough, bunker or on the green AND the score they made. The shots themselves is not reliable. Also some may reverse their swing settings for draw or fade. So some may hit outside cone to counter a strong wind. You see their ghost and you assume the wind is going to push ball right into the woods but actually the user is pushing back into the wind. So yeah I don't trust ghost ball visuals either. Seen many go into water but their next shot is out of the sand. And talk about HB swing changes b4 playoffs. Well PS4 got screwed already.
