There is actually another issue here, how has someone got access to my profile to enter me into Beer League? If no box exists how the hell have they done it anyway? Oh and by the way have left 'polite' posts for help and not even received a reply. You are indeed speaking about your profile on tgctours.com main website and these here proboards right? On the main site - click on the little person icon next to the logout button (or under Info->Edit Profile) - that will get you into the Edit Profile screen - on which - at the bottom is the option to check/un check the box for Beer League. I just looked at mine and the option is still there. If that still doesn't get you fixed up - as others mentioned - send and email to support@tgctours.com

Yep it's on mine on the main site too, right at the bottom under the social media tags section in big bold letters with a check box under it. Obviously mine is unchecked since I'm in CC-E currently, but the option is certainly there.

When you join the beer league that checkbox disappears in your profile. To leave the Beer League under normal circumstances, you just need to register for Qualifying again via the Qualifying menu on our home page - which then revokes your Beer League card.

Ah well that at least would explain why I have no box then. Does not however explain who put me there in the first place. I did have a look to see if I needed to register again Doyley, but it said that I was already registered. So something somewhere is not working as you anticipate/want it to.

Although there does seem to be an issue about the way that the system works, apparently my problem has been resolved.
Wanted to return to my posts yesterday, and whilst appreciating the support of some through my frustration, just wanted to say that as suggested had I completed a 'Support Ticket' in the first place I would have saved some of that frustration. When I did so I got a response in under two hours, so those posts were my 'Bad' and I would like to apologise.

Don't let the past bother you, we are all decent people here, may get a little testy with each other on occasion but all in all we are all one happy family. Good luck on your Qschool run and have fun.

What does 428 projected tour cards mean? And players who have only 1 round means they missed the deadlines for round completion with regards to Friday? Are their scores tossed with regards to getting a tour card?

And I one last dumb question. How many tournaments does a player have on the lowest level of the Challenge Circuit before getting escorted back into the qualifying rounds?

Best to ignore projected marks until the last day. It's a calculation of how many open spots per flight (155 ideal tour size) minus incomplete rounds. As people complete their 4th round in challenge circuit flights the projected number will shrink.

But if players have not completed Round 2 as some In the qualifying leaderboard show do thsir scores count? I believe deadlines to complete 2 round was by 4am UT. I have players who are still in front yet only have one round completed.

Qualifying has no r1/r2 deadline - incomplete rounds in qualifying are removed before handing cards out so the projected card line can drop depending on how many incomplete there are.
I'm working on getting that card cutline more accurate but it's not as high a priority as other things on our list.

Is there a set time that we normally find out if we qualified for a tour and what tour? New tournament starts tomorrow (officially as per schedule) but it tour cards haven't been posted on the results page yet. Thanks.

Due to course difficulty and lack of participation we're dropping ideal tour sizes to 140 this week for the Qualilfying calculations. Will be approx 90 cards available.
Usually by 8pm et we'll have finished finalizing. Tim just put the finishing touches on some back-end things I use to finalize that will make it much easier/quicker to do. So going forward it should be done by 6pm et most days at the latest.
