Let's gather some info on ball squirt:
how often does it happen to you and approx what is your average scores?
what clubs seem to do it most?
what theme seems to do it most?
does it happen when you putt?
how strong can it be for you?
does it happen more on a flat tee box or from the fairway?
what platform do you play on?
what controller do you use?
how strait do you normally hit the ball?
ask/answer your own question

I don't know but if my ball squirts I'm going to the doctor. Was that inappropriate, sorry I thought I was just thinking that.

Let's gather some info on ball squirt: how often does it happen to you and approx what is your average scores? Average mid to high 50'swhat clubs seem to do it most? Woods off the fairway, irons off par 3 teeswhat theme seems to do it most? All of themdoes it happen when you putt? Not generallyhow strong can it be for you? 10-20 feet either directiondoes it happen more on a flat tee box or from the fairway? equal with a Flat tee box or in the fairway with 3wood/5woodwhat platform do you play on? PS4 and PCwhat controller do you use? PS4 six axis for bothhow strait do you normally hit the ball? Generally straightI mentioned this phenomenon back in May of last year never got an answer then. I am hoping they can give us one now.

On a serious note
+2 handicap right now so 70's a good score for me lol...if I get in the 60's I'm in heaven.
all the rest is pretty much the same as above although I do see it maybe 10% of the time on greens.
Xbox One for pc controller
PC all the way baby!
P.S> Just played a round. I'm thinking my putting ones might be me not hitting it with an even club face. Most of the rest of the time I shoot straight (8/10) just seem to not hit it as straight on the greens which is my weakness.

Let's gather some info on ball squirt: how often does it happen to you and approx what is your average scores? 4-5 shots a round maybe. Average score is around 64 or so I'd say (Hcp: +7.8)what clubs seem to do it most? I'd say it mostly happens with irons. Maybe it happens to woods as well, and I just don't realize it as the "squirt" is not that glaring.what theme seems to do it most? Don't think it's related to any special theme.does it happen when you putt? No?how strong can it be for you? Strong enough to end up in the green bunker instead of next to the pin with a fairly correct setup and an almost straight swing.does it happen more on a flat tee box or from the fairway? Tee box and/or fairway... seems to happen everywhere from time to time.what platform do you play on? PS4 only.what controller do you use? Standard PS4-controllerhow strait do you normally hit the ball? 9/10 are (almost) straight.

Answer: Not good enough to tell if it was user error or programming error. Not trying to be funny, I just figure when a seemingly straight shot goes astray that I misread my left/right sidehill lie in combination with wind read error and being slightly off a perfect straight white line. If it is a random programming error, I'm good with it because "that's golf" and people are shooting lights out despite.

If it is a random programming error, I'm good with it because "that's golf" and people are shooting lights out despite. That's actually what my hypothesis is - No golfer - not even Tiger in his prime - hit 100% of their shots where they wanted. I think this is the programming trying to keep it somewhat random and not let every shot be precise

From a teebox, even if it's uneven, grants you a perfect lie, if anyone is not convinced, try this in the gncd:
Make a teebox on a 45 degree angle left to right or right to left and hit strait out to a tight fairway, as long as you are near the white line, that fairway is your to be had, thus the teebox lie has no penalty no matter how bad it's sloped.
I'm all for some random deviation, but we need to know what it is so we can prepare for it, ie course management.
Let's say I have wind coming off a lake, instead of letting wind bring my ball back to safety, I would instead play a totally different shot where I would have no chance of hitting it into the water if bad ball squirt happened. As it stands now, there is no variations, it only happens on random shots and not other shots, true deviation is applied to all shots, not random shots.
Think of it like a shooter, that heavy machine gun has rapid but inaccurate shots, each bullet goes thru a deviation check and assigned that random deviation as long as it meets the parameters.

Very true but it should not go the opposite way to the lie your on. Seems random. One minute your on a near flat lie and it goes 10-20 yrds offline, next hole your character is leaning over like he's doing some michael jackson dance and your ball goes dead straight. Got nothing up with misreading the lie slightly but it should at least be going the right direction.

Never had it happen to a degree where I can for sure say it's real or not on PS4.
Have seen the evidence from PC users though. Would be interesting to hear from others PS4 users.

I play ps4 and play with many of other users that get this random problem. Its similar to the 90% glitch as to it might not happen for a good few round then it strikes randomly.

Let's gather some info on ball squirt: how often does it happen to you and approx what is your average scores? what clubs seem to do it most? what theme seems to do it most? does it happen when you putt? how strong can it be for you? does it happen more on a flat tee box or from the fairway? what platform do you play on? what controller do you use? how strait do you normally hit the ball? ask/answer your own question tastegw, you have come to right place. I could write a book on this.
how often does it happen to you and approx what is your average scores? 18 shots per round, high 50's to low 60's. That's up from 8 or 9 last week, clearly it has gotten much worse.
what clubs seem to do it most? definitely driver, almost every time. 3 wood from fairway if there is any trouble to be found as well, but generally every club and shot except chip.
what theme seems to do it most? all of them
does it happen when you putt? Not often but yes it does.
how strong can it be for you? Usually just a 1/2 inch to the side of the wind gauge right or left, but that's 30 feet with an 8 iron. But I have seen it go to the far edge of the wind gauge.
does it happen more on a flat tee box or from the fairway? Does not matter, in the beginning it was just on uneven tees, now it does not matter, it happens some rounds every shot I take except chipping or putting, like my 3rd cadallac, 90% of my shots were way off. Only shot that seems unaffected is chipping. Putting is close second, but like I said it happens. I had to completely reinstall the game due to OS failure as well, clean install win 8, nothing is corrupted that I know of either.
what platform do you play on? Mostly PC, but I have tried my xbox and there is no difference.
what controller do you use? Mice, a few different ones, and 360, xbx1, logitech controllers as well, I have tried everything to no avail.
how strait do you normally hit the ball? Not bad, not great, depends on day.
Taste, this has been happening for a while to me, it does seem to be getting worse lately, however while I'm seeing it worse, people are just starting to see it. I find that very interesting.
But I will still play the occasional round with no hiccup at all, that's totally random as well, so that tells me it might be server dependant. I don't have the knowledge or ability to tell which server I'm getting, so it's impossible to gather that info. Designer is still perfect for me, shots are clean in the designer.

One question to add - how's your network?
The 92% bug seems network / server related. Maybe they are connected?
