Also, I’m not trying to stir up any trouble. But did anyone feel that last weeks What’s Goin’ On with the announcing of the missed cut courses was a little harsh with the”rejected” stamp? And just moving on to the next? I might be the only one but sincerely I didn’t care what happened to Empire Pines. But I’m saying this for others as well. Again, I don’t want any trouble. I thought originally it may have been a bit clumsy, but in the end, Dwain and Geoff have been huge boosters for course designers and I think it may have just been a case of that being the best graphic they could find. I am enjoying the fact they are giving the contest so much love this far. I’ll echo what Matt said. I was just as surprised as anyone to see that graphic last week and they probably could have chosen a different route in hindsight, but they have definitely been a big help promoting this contest between WGO and what Geoff does on his day streams. I’m sure it was all meant in good fun. |

My thoughts align with Matt’s & Jeremy’s, because as well as I know Dwain and Geoff, I’m confident there was nothing ill-intentioned meant by it. Matt’s theory about lack of a “better” worded graphic is the most likely culprit. We have to remember that they put this show together with the available free time they have each week, so they do what they can.

Should've made the animation transition the course graphic getting crumbled up and thrown in a garbage can IMO.

Thanks for running this thing Jeremy and thanks to all the judges and everyone who gave ole Hoophole a play- hope it was enjoyable! A top 5 was my goal but the dudes left are 100% deserving to keep me from that. Good luck boys and congratulations. On to the next ✊🏻

Wow, I'm ecstatic to make the top 5! I'm not sure my anxiety can handle waiting until Sunday now, but at least it's 3 more days that I'm actually IN the contest.

Awful nice of the judges to give Nesbit enough pity votes to reach top 5. My wife must have paid off the judges as she knows just how talented he is haha

I want to take the time to congratulate Mr. Logan on winning the contest. The course was extremely hard and so clean. I had so many favorite holes on that course and you totally deserve it. That course was something really different. To the other top five finishers, the courses that were designers surpassed my expectations. It was really amazing to get my arse kicked by all you guys.. I also want to congratulate Mr. Mayo for organizing this contest for us and it couldn’t have been better without him. Thank you other designers for the support and helping me get through my first ever contest. It was truly a great experience.
