Thank you Jeremy for running this great contest, I made it farther than I thought I would but not as far as I had hoped. I think the judging has been done with a great deal of thought and fairness to all the designers.
I'm not a good designer by any means, but I do enjoy competing in these contest. As long as I learn something constructive I still consider it a win of sorts. Frog Holler had some problem areas for sure, but overall I was happy with the course.

What?!? This didn’t make it higher?!? I’m shocked... ok not even a little bit. Unfortunately, this course never happened the way I wanted. Maybe I should have left it a delta theme.
Jeremy thanks for running and delivering a Grade A contest. All the hard work that you have put in this one really shows and is greatly appreciated. From the course promo tiles to the stream plays, it has all been really well done. Kudos brother!

The two courses that have just missed the top 10 have been announced, with a special consolation prize for one of the courses: tgctours.proboards.com/thread/19002/major-championship-design-challenge-resultsThat means, our top 10 courses are (in alphabetical order): Cypress Dunes, Hoophole River, Lone Red Maple, McCory Shores, O Say CC, Prometheus Cove, Susquehannock, The Mantis, The Patriot and Timber Knoll. The top 10 countdown starts tomorrow. In a twist, we will announce courses 10-6 Monday-Friday, leaving the top five to be revealed during our finale show next Sunday! |
