Thanks! I'm not sure if it's my course or the funny banter provided by my buddies. 😜 Both to be honest For the record I am no on 69 as I believe it is just politicians blowing it out of proportion. Entire situation is a load of hot air! I think you're just giving lip service to an issue that's recently come to a head...

Thanks! I really need to get moving on this and get it planted. I plan to release a beta first to get all of your feedback as well before I submit it to TGCT. But this will be my last project in TGC1 I'm sure. Hopefully there's a way to port Overfield C.C. and this one over to TGC2. Not sure how that works when you design in Xbox like I do.
Hole 10 should be done today, it's already routed and tees are in, and hole 11 might be done tonight. I'll keep moving ASAP.
I appreciate all of you guys following along.

Thx for the update Eric! Careful not to overwork yourself, though. All jokes aside, be sure not to crank it out just for the sake of cranking it out. No rush job required, big guy.

Nope, I promise not to half-ass the back 9. Good news is it's already laid out in my mind, it's more the actual hours it takes to do it that's the problem. I've got myself playing sooooo many community events! Oops. Big update coming tonight... stay tuned!

What's the update? Are you naming all the holes? And naming them after me? Plot twist: release tonight Oh man, I wish I could. I want to get this out there really badly, but I want it to be really good (I hope). The good news is, I plan on releasing a beta soon (even before the planting is done most likely), and you guys will be the first to know about it so you can play it and tell me what to improve. The big update is that 10, 11, and 12 are done. No pictures, but 13 is started, too. Unfortunately I won't have any time to play this whole weekend.

Update to hole 9, a beautiful par 3 that will challenge you to get it close. The masonry crew was able to complete the bridge this week. Hole 9 Tee Hole 9 Green

The back nine kicks off with one of my favorite holes (I love risk/reward design). The default club will be a 3 wood to the large part of the fairway, easily reachable in any wind, but if the wind is in your favor, you might take the driver out and try to weave it into the landing area over to the right, but don't catch that second bunker! 10th Hole Tee 10th Hole Fairway 10th Hole Green

I never like the look of uphill tee shots, but alas this course has to have an uphill par 4 (I'll beautify the teeing area with plantings to add visual appeal though). However, the reward is the view from the top of the fairway! A lot of the golf course can be seen from this fairway on a clear day. 11th Hole Tee 11th Hole Fairway 11th Hole Green

I love designing par 3's, and this one is a beast! I think it will be dubbed "cliff" when it's all said and done. In a strong left to right wind, you'll have to hang it out over the bunker to avoid the cliff's edge, but even better, in a strong right to left, you'll have to carry it over the water and hope it comes back! Throw in a two-tiered green with some great multi-pin locations and this hole will be a wrecker. 12th Hole Tee 12th Hole Green
