Good thread Only.think I'd say is the middle of your putting tip doesn't make sense. It may to you as you know what you are talking about but where you say turn until the grid lines level out on that below picture you have stopped and they are still breaking?

So I took the tips last night, created my giant green, and took every club from the 3iron to the LW and moved the shot shaper ever so gently spot to spot... 4 1/2 hours later I charted each club to the distance hit all the way from full shot through the 4th loft line (all this was on 1/2 firm and 1/2 speed on the greens) charted the distance the ball landed and even the roll out.... Basically (using a XBOX 360 controller) every small click I found that there are roughly twenty clicks from the full shot line to the 1st loft line....I charted every click yardage, but broke it down into 1/4's So I have yardage for 80 small clicks from the full shot to the 4th loft line..... Ill tighten it up more soon for different speeds and firmness I may do the same as above for Full firm and full speed and see just how much difference it will make.... I am close already to the roll outs I believe just from trying it a time or two
So maybe just maybe if I get better with my putter I can see just what I have accomplished....
It took forever but if my first round is any indication it definitely made a difference for me
so thanks Boomer.....good stuff

Breaking the wind..... Ok now for the wind. These tips are for people like Terry above, those willing to do the work, I'm not giving anyone any charts just the ability to do their own based on their own rigs and circumstances. On to the tips. So you created the big green, hopefully you have a hole in the middle of it, if not put one there. Now, go offline, select play round, filter by unpublished, and boomer, you can now play any wind direction you wish. See below. So now what do we do with this ability. Well, coming back at different times of the day will give you all the various winds from low to high. Impatient, you can go back in the designer, switch the theme, go back to play a round and unpublished and sometimes the wind changes. However on to what i did with the info. We should know our carry distances from no wind, now see what they are with wind. So if you used to carry 158 and now you carry 142 with an 8 headwind, you know you lost 16 yards with a headwind, but what about 5.30, 5, 4.30, 4 etc. From your rollout club testing you can create holes at precisely full club distance including rollout in a sidewind now and measure a precise side wind impact as well. i.e if a 158 club goes 164 on medium greens with rollout, create a 164 hole into a direct 3 oclock sidewind, aim for the hole and see how far you end up away from the hole now at 164 yards. That would be your sidewind impact. Do as you wish with this valuable information you can now gather for yourself.

Man you're giving away the keys of the castle here You deserve great respect for that IMHO - idk if I'd have the generosity to give away that much on the forums Let's just hope no one's gonna bother spending that amount of time studying or I'm screwed LMAO
