I am wandering will we ever see TGCTours go that little bit more hardcore than what we have now. I know it's a tour for all but the scores here are stupidly low and every flight is just the same thing and just 1 single tour for sim is just boring. The donations are really poor to keep these tours going atm, I know I would put my hand in my pocket if we could have a proper zero aids legend tour here. It takes a lot of work just to run a basic cross platform society, there is a lot of work going into what you have here and it does seem like it's taken for granted. Would love to have an ultra sim legend tour here just to see more realistic scoring at the top of the leaderboards and a real challenge to the whole game not just the short game. Doyley if you are looking for another tour such as a legend sim tour (zero aids) I and a few others would be up for running it, we have so many grid tours and flights already. It would be nice surely for something different and have a real challenge for everyone.

We don't have the problem of Xbox controllers now we have the Wolverine , we have a load of sim societies but just the one cross platform all aids off legend society with TAN (Tough As Nails). The game plays brilliantly on legend all aids off, it's such a waste we don't have anything like it here, these tours would be brilliant for Ultra Sim Legend. A great chance for TGCTours to have a proper Ultra sim, none of this vibration nonsense, let's turn everthing off and just go for it . There are a lot of real hardcore sim guys who would get together to make this great, love the stats here and would just love to see it implemented on the most realistic tour we can have on this game.

I have put up a poll, I know this is ultra niche but would be nice to see how many are interested.

Since owning the famous controller for a month now I must say playing legend True sim is absolutely fantastic way to play this game . I'm on xbox so now we've found a controller to almost compete with the elite on PC and PS it would be amazing if we could have a division placed in TGC tours , it's hard to please everyone and the tours have done a fantastic job of catering for everyone with difficulty and 3 click tour and TST tour but could we have one for the diehard true simmers , legend true sim without the aiming marker . Yes u can't stop the vibration as its not in the difficulty settings but would be great for the Elite hard-core. Think your be surprised how many would try it as now the scores are a little silly even in TST and peeps would like a challenge. I'm sure one of the boys could help out to try and make this happen . I've just played TAN society (true sim legend on twitch. Give it a quick look peeps its fantastic realistic scoring. Something special happened on the 14th I'll chuck up the link . Cheers fingers crossed that one day it could happen

If it follows the actual PGA Tour like TST used to then I may have to dust the game off.

The concept of increasing difficulty & making it easier with a new controller has me thinking 🤔.
Is this just to bring Xbox back in line with other platforms?

The concept of increasing difficulty & making it easier with a new controller has me thinking 🤔. Is this just to bring Xbox back in line with other platforms? Using Official Xbox controllers results in too much rounding off of tempo points so they are not as accurate to your actual stick speed timings. Also they are very easy to hit a straight line with I have found from using them on these games for many years. Personally I just don't think they suit this game with the latency of the controller and legend difficulty is not actually playable with them on Xbox and I would say borderline playable on PC. As for easier controller, you could say the same for DS4 and DS5 also as with the Razer they make tempo points more accurate they don't round them off to too few points and most importantly they don't make bad tempo into good tempo. The razer is the most difficult controller to hit straight swing lines amd I have tried every official controller on these games including the Switch Pro controller which has all the same problems as Xbox controllers with the same 125hz polling rate. Also this thread is about a multi platform hardcore Sim Tour first and the fact that Xbox Sim players can compete on this game finally on it's hardest difficulty setting is great news. Tbh Sim societies are pretty scarce on PS and PC but there is a really good sim community on Xbox.

I did not think societies had been included in cross platform play so are the razer controllers just purchased for TGC rounds. It seems pointless playing an Xbox only society on Legend & then making it easier with a more advanced controller…..??

I think the idea is that Hammers is gauging interest for the tours picking up a cross-platform society on these settings now Xbox guys can get identical tempo points as those on other platforms. As opposed to it being Xbox only.

Is that making it easier for that experienced player…..I’ll let everyone make their own mind up on that. I see it’s worth for cross platform competition but to be honest playing an Xbox only society on Legend & making them swing results more achievable with an after market controller has me wondering why you’d bother. Just my opinion but unless the entirety of the society are razor users it’s an unfair advantage.

Is that how we're supposed to do it?
