Loved reading the comments, thanks y'all! So .... Did anyone try to get home in 1 on the par 4 #7 across the ravine? If so, how did you do? LOL Of course I went for it all four times! Used 3W all four times - overpowered a bit and ended up left of the green on the fairway 3 times and one time just over the green. Chipped it close and birdied the hole four times... If only I could do that on the other 17 holes...

That hole is a evil temptress, she gets in your earhole and whispers in a sexy voice "Go for it big boy, you can make it!" LOL Frans and I have been working on Seminole, but we have a new tool to remove heavy rough so instead of using the bunker surface to do the waste areas, we can remove the heavy rough leaving a better visually surface that looks so much better so I spent a bunch of time redoing them ... That course should be dropping very soon. Down the road, Frans and I have plans to take you all to EspaΓ±a so brush up on your Spanish ... PGA Catalunya Stadium Course: The European Tour wanted to build their own Players Championship course to rival the PGA Tour's Sawgrass course ... It's just as beautiful BUT this tract has some serious elevation changes. www.top100golfcourses.com/golf-course/pga-catalunya-stadiumSeminole showing the waste area

I think if you withdraw, and its your first offence, you are banned from the following event, so you should be back next week.
Although I am very new so someone with more knowledge / experience / authority may have better info than me.

Pleasantly surprised to find myself in 5th place in Hogan and one shot off a promo mark this morning. I felt like I really struggled rounds 1 & 2, but my score was good enough to keep me in the promo hunt. Two holes really sank me the first two rounds. A triple bogey on 11 in round 1 and a double on 6 in round 2. Both of those were 6 foot three-putts. Those tricky slopes next to the cup can be tricky as hell with no green grids on the screen and 3 whiskeys in your system. R1 : +1 R2 : +3 fransslabak really loves those high winds!

Cheers Frans and team keep up the great work . π There is no cut in TST BUT you DO have to finish your first two rounds before the midweek deadline. You will not have to "requalify" BUT if you already played your first round before the deadline and that score is showing up, you will have WD this week. This means that you will have to complete a full tournament first, before you are reinstated to your flight. We do this to make sure people don't start tournaments and then withdraw after a bad round, thereby escaping demo marks and making people who do finish all four rounds get those demo marks instead; that would not be fair. Therefore, the rule is that anyone who has started a week and does not finish all four rounds will have their flight status revoked and it will only be restored after finishing all four rounds of a TST tournament. Hope this is clear and you understand why we do this. Best wishes Frans

I just couldn't find the time to finish it up last week as I thought I had at least 2 rounds done, only to find I had only done 1 when I got back on Thursday..

Played a couple rounds for next week at Torrey Pines South. Awesome course but so darn tight. I'll be very happy to shoot Even Par for next week's tournament. Watch out for hole 17 as the OB is tricky and actually in the deep rough. Nice to get some of the official 2k23 courses on the True Sim Tour. Make sure you don't fast or slow it too much and keep your tempo near perfect or you'll be in the deep rough or sand.

Make that a pair of -22 Frans. This course was perfect for this amateur TST player. No water and not too many mysteries on the greens. I think this might be my best score ever. I've posted a snapshot of my stats. Mainly focusing on Fairways in regulation, almost 90% and Greens in regulation, 86%. With those figures you have to get a few birdies even if you're putting is your weakness. No bogies in the final 2 rounds certainly helps as well π. More of these please Frans π. Fantastic Ross you've picked up true sim no problem

Hi everyone,
Just a quick heads up about a small change we'll be making to the demotion criteria for our TST flights -
From next week, acquiring 4 demo marks (instead of the current 5) will trigger a demotion to a lower flight.
This change is being made to help keep the fields balanced and maintain the overall health of the flights going forward.
Let me know if you have any questions.
Cheers!
