Hi everyone, Just a quick heads up about a small change we'll be making to the demotion criteria for our TST flights - From next week, acquiring 4 demo marks (instead of the current 5) will trigger a demotion to a lower flight. This change is being made to help keep the fields balanced and maintain the overall health of the flights going forward. Let me know if you have any questions. Cheers! So NOW will you make the Daly Flight for moi?!?!? LOL J/K lurve your work Sir, keep at it!

History repeats itself... to some extent, although not nearly as much.
Much like last year in this event, I probably get knocked down a little from my lofty heights that I set myself up for after 2 rounds, but with my -5 and -4 finish on the weekend I settle for -24 this week. Left a lot to be desired, round 4 my swing was garbage tier and had 5 bogeys... only reason I didn't have worse scoring was that I was actually putting up way more scoring holes than I usually do.
I feel very little disappointment despite the fact that these last rounds kicked me square in the teeth and I had chances for better. I'm still comfortably out of demo marks this week, and this week marks a historic moment for me since this should be the first instance where I've got back to back weeks of top 25s in the overall leaderboard, putting me to 3 and therefore making this my best season ever already. Very close to my best ever result which will sadly be a couple shots away, but it is what it is. Had you told me 3 months ago when I was in a weird place with my game that I would be trying to go for my best ever finish around the turn of the year, or that I'd be playing so well that I'm easily on my best ever run of TST through 11 weeks, I'd have laughed straight at your face.
So why not try to knock that good run to an end than by going to a place next which should probably kick me harder than any other course in TST throughout my history here. My true test is next week, the course doesn't like me and because of my bad history I don't really like it either but who knows how it will go this year. At least I've got this one week to show that maybe I have a possibility to hang on.
Cheers, best of luck!

Congrats Pen Pen Knight on winning Hogan this week! GL in your new home Thanks, back-to-back lucky weeks for me not getting run down in round 4! I should be back to Hogan Flight within 2 to 3 weeks. I guess what they say about getting into the clubhouse and posting up a score can be an advantage. More fun to move in-between the flights as you get the best of both worlds. I do love me some Iced Tea mixed with Lemonade though!!

Wow I was a weekend mover! Didn't even rent a U-Haul! Maybe this will get me going at Torrey where I have real history.
Onward!
