I did get a reply guys, wasn’t a good one, he said “I honestly have no idea” I don’t know if I believe that 😡 Someone from Xbox must’ve presented some evidence to HB since the whole sh%$ show began. Surely!! I can’t believe they don’t know. |

You don't release a game without testing ,or shouldn't.
Some games are PS only and some xbox only but that's generally got nothing to do with compatibility.
This game has PS folk complaining as well mind because the game has been altered again and again. Updates in big titles are generally for fixes or free non DLC upgrades but not for controls.
The fact remains that the game was supposedly playing how it should do on release. Well that's rubbish and proven now because of the changes. I think watching a few chosen folk playing the game pre release will not be enough for many to buy the next installment. Waiting to hear from the common man on here will be more important.
Xbox played terrible on release as I had it, and seemingly still does. My brain fart is that Ive bought it twice.
It's a shame because it could be a great game. Easy isn't an excitement to me but it just feels like it's being messed with.

Call me when when they stop making this game worse. I’m done. So they need fast swing, but leave slow alone? It’s a clown show. Done playing this trash. HB should get in touch with Chuck Burris …. Because this game is now a winning contestant for the "GONG SHOW". |

Not by anything other than the Microsoft hardware incompatibility with the tempo mechanism that’s been in the last few games - it’s been going on for years. Fixing a broken swing mechanic can’t be viewed as screwing the XB users, can it? Is there a train of thought that HB / 2k can fix this but as yet haven’t? Is that question getting asked over on their forums? For those with an XB1X/S - does the new fancy responsive controller connection not fix this? Is there info on the poll rate of the new systems? If the real culprit is the rate at which the controller communicated with the consoles then it’s either for MS to update it, or on HB to release and XB version of the game with modified tempo timing. They sell a game on XBox so surely it should be expected to work on that platform as intended? They must understand the hardware they are programming for. Maybe Sony has bought shares of HoneyBee Studios ... LOL |

Just played 1st round of this week’s tournament on Xbox and won’t be finishing it as game is ruined on Xbox in fact until it’s sorted I can’t see myself playing again just so frustrating

Xbox on Pro is a good balance. I think that’s where the majority of XB boys will land, at least those that don’t give the game up altogether. At least it sounds like a fun challenge on Pro. Even on PC I’m struggling with the new mechanics on Master and look forward far more to my pro rounds where I have a bit of fun. Wonder when they’ll nerf the PS4 calibration technique and fix the XB swing? Or are they done and we’ve got what we’ve got? |

Tour participation appears to be down quite a bit across the board. So it's clearly an issue for all platforms. The XB populous didn't make up that much of the group as we were already only about 20-30% of the overall tour base..

Wrote this in the XB thread but I'll toss it here too in case someone from HB reads these things: "I just can't believe how wrong they've got this on XB. On TGCT you have the most dedicated players, with the majority freaking out about how bad the changes are. The average player not on TGCT logs in and is dumbfounded and immediately turns the game off now. I play in a society with a few friends that play on lower difficulties. We play 4-rounds weekly in team-based competition. Most of them are dreading their rounds now. Absolutely awful work by HB/2K. Managed to go from one of the most fun games I've played, to one of the worst. Incredible." |

Awful work from HB to launch a game that didn't work correctly from the start...... then to say it is working as "intended" then to nerf and then nerf again. Not sure HB really knows what is happening or what is going to happen when they make the changes. I have no proof of that of course, just my opinion. It is not TGCT fault that they have hooked their wagon to a lame horse. Losing total respect for HB and this game. :-( |
