I sent the PS4 practice ground YouTube video to HBKeith on steam he’s just ignored it, no reply so that tells me they couldn’t care less about the disparity across the systems.

I understand being frustrated guys, but again the game isn't cross platform and was never designed to be Xbox v Playstation v Switch v Stadia, etc. so they likely didn't prioritize dev time balancing them against each other.
Doesn't mean there isn't an issue, but I think people need more awareness around this fact.

Doesn't mean there isn't an issue, but I think people need more awareness around this fact. Totally get that, and I'm OK with that. BUT, in isolation just on XB, the game is broken after the changes. We can't hit all the spots on the tempo meter. We can only hit very limited spots. When I get up to swing my club, I can only hit* perfect, ~45 degrees into Red Slow, and ~45 degrees into Red Fast. All my other swings along that tempo arc are rounded into one of those 3 shots. It is not an enjoyable experience to have my shot either be dead perfect, or dead in the water, knowing that my dead in the water shots were likely rounded there because my swing was fast or slow by milliseconds. Sure, I can lower the difficulty, but even on Pro unless you're calibrated right you can't get all the shot outcomes. So what's left for me, playing with no tempo? Sorry, don't find that acceptable for a AAA game on a next-gen console. *the actual polling points on the tempo meter are anywhere from 5-7 points, but it doesn't matter than I can hit a more Red Fast or a more Red Slow (plus VF and VS), because I don't often and that doesn't help anything. |

I believe Xboxer's main concern spills over and into the cross platform arena. So at a cursory glance it might appear they're going on about cross platform, but I don't think that's necessarily accurate. Imo their main concern resembles something more akin to - They have serious concerns and questions revolving around the most basic and fundamental mechanics of the game. How so? There are a lot of Xbox people who are incapable of playing the game as advertised. In what sense? It's impossible for some of them to strike certain input points, such as, no matter what they try, they can never hit a grey fast or grey slow on Master or Legend. Apparently some of them can't even hit perfects. These broken game mechanics naturally overflow into Cross Platform.
HB has a lot of work to do moving forward. It's starting to border on clown town imho.

Yep. Not being on a "level" playing field for a game that is not supposed to be cross platform is fine. Annoying but understandable and fine. Not being able to hit all the spots along the tempo meter on XB? Not okay. |

Assasins Creed....left bumper doesn't lift shield in time for block.
COD....Right trigger sometimes fails to shoot weapon and right thumb stick avatar doesn't move.
FIFA...x sometimes delays on shot.
Madden....x snaps ball but sometimes delays

Why not break the tours into 3 separate divisions - Xbox, PS & PC - at season's end you take the top 50 from each division and have a Tour Championship of sorts. Until HB get's their head's out of their asses and fixes the cross platform issue there's really no other way to play. Maybe this would be well received maybe TGC Tours has no inclination of moving in that direction. #'s will continue to go down that's for sure but look at how much time, effort and attention we have all paid to discussing this topic. If only the HB brass was receptive to any of this. It could really cost them dearly when the EA game rolls around. |

The way I play this then yes lol. Seriously no , not a bit. Click golf not for me though I do miss the club stuff albeit i was overworked :-). You wont be missing it i wouldn't think ? |
