It’s my understanding that the game was only updated because of the whining TGCTours players so if people want to continue with that to possibly catch HB’s attention this is the place to do it surely. Why can’t they be afforded that freedom of speech??? This is fair. XBers should be able to moan all they want. These forums are a great place for that. But the Red Fast is far from the same thing. TGCT historically has been able to police exploits like the push/pull and straight shooters through API. Doubtful it was possible with the RF but these forums were worth asking the question. TGCTours could also have come out publicly several months ago stating a position against RF and those who used it. In other words, they had the ability to do something. For the console disparity, what can anyone do other than HB? If there was a magic button on the PS that made the game the same on XB, we all would’ve pushed it a long time ago. Don't push it! The game is atrocious on the XB lol, especially now with the changes on Master. Hopefully one day they can bring it up to the PS/PC level on XB. |

Why can’t they be afforded that freedom of speech??? It’s always had a bit more ground work than just moaning, whenever we’ve been able to influence a change. Usually it’s been moaning / scheming and then testing with peers, then shove it up HB, time and time again, and EVENTUALLY we’ve made a difference once or twice when the evidence was so undeniably obvious it couldn’t be ignored . If XB change relies on MS, you’ve little to no hope, but if HB can re-code the swing timing - you guys need to present the video, numbers, etc etc etc to HB / 2k. Is there a main driving force / moaning twat that gives HB hell about it? |

At Q-school we were 25% of the player base. We do not have even the semblance of parity at the moment for what is supposed to be a cross-platform site.

Are you saying the system disparity is less noticeable at Pro or lower difficulty ? If not, short of 'handicapping' by system, what's the fix you would implement ? As a few have said, nobody has to play in an unofficial society that compiles scores (and makes cuts based on that ) across obviously unequal systems. On my XB, it's like entering a GT car at LeMans. Best in Class' is the goal, and the organizers aren't expected to handicap the better performing LMP machines for me. If I want to win overall, though ... better have the right hardware. |

Maybe you 'understand' correctly, but there's a 'glut' of videos out there now due to streamers & 'Tubers, totally unrelated to TGCT, any of the developers could see the error coding was woefully forgiving and needed a revamp. The mis-hits I got away with in the pre-nerf era was criminal, I don't know about anyone else ... 😜 |

Put it this way. More XBox players made the cut in the Beer League on Pro than in the Top 5 tiers combined. There is still not parity but it is much closer with XBox players being about 15-20% of the players making the cut vs 4-5%. |

I don't know if PC players get the advantages of the PS players. I play PC and these last two updates to the swing mechanic have destroyed the game for me.

Just played my first four rounds in the Beer League. First two were poor, it was easier but new, that is my excuse, then two good rounds. They are probably the first rounds I've enjoyed for a long time. Needless to say I'm on Xbox.
I can only advise Xbox players who are justifiably fed up of the obvious and well documented disparity between platforms to switch to pro and play a fun and interesting game.
To the person/people who say Xbox players will do no good " whining " about this disparity I firstly must say it certainly is not " whining " at all, it is justified and understandable frustration that we are trying to play a far more difficult game, and secondly, keeping quiet and " sucking it up " is not and never will be a solution, but thanks for your valuable input!

I’m the biggest moaning twat about when I need to be. I was only wondering if anyone on the XB side was as much of a pain in the arse to HB as say me, or GW Hope... We had a good old go at them and in the end things did change (flick swing / push pull etc).
