Society Guidelines – Season begins on January 8th
The goal is to make the Societies as fair and competitive as possible.
Pro Am & Pro Society Eligibility
In Pro Am any member who is shooting 62 or lower on a regular basis (ie. 7 or more times out of their last 20 games) will no longer eligible for the Society and will be promoted to the next level. Rounds shot in the Shootouts will not be used to determine ineligibility.
In Pro any member who is shooting 60 or lower on a regular basis (ie. 6 or more times out of their last 20 games) will no longer eligible for the Society and will be promoted to the next level. Rounds shot in the Shootouts will not be used to determine ineligibility.
After every tournament I do look at the scoring history of at least the Top 5 finishers.
Master Society Eligibility
Everyone is accepted into the Master Society and the goal of the Society is to provide a venue for players whose skill level have improved but do not feel they are ready or want to compete in the challenging TGC Tour Group where there are no aids/assists. The goal of the Society remains the same it will be fair and competitive. I will remove players who I feel are too skilled compared to other members.
Playing Aids and Assists
All three Societies will have the following aids ON; Putting Meter, Green Grid, Wind Speed, Course Yardage and Scout Camera. Swing Timing is ON. All other aids/assists will vary slightly depending on the Society you are in. Check the Difficulty Settings within the Society if you have questions.
Pro Am & Pro Society “Three Win Rule”
When a member wins his 3rd tournament of the season in the Pro Am Society he is ineligible for the next 3 events. He will be advised via PS4 messenger that he may not play if necessary his membership status will be changed to “banned” until eligible for reinstatement. If a player wins a 4th event he will then be ineligible for the next 4 tournaments, etc.
The reason for this is that we do not want one or two players dominating the Society events.
Courses and Conditions
All three Societies will continue to only play real courses from around the world. We play the famous courses as well as little known local courses and try to provide as wide a variety of styles and difficulty levels. Tournaments are never played at default settings; I do increase wind and green difficulty the majority of the time and do vary fairway firmness to add more variety.
Course conditions are not as difficult in Pro Am as they are in Pro. For the Majors and Championship Cup the settings will be more difficult than normal. Sine most of us joining the Masters Society are not accustomed to the swing difficulty winds will be kept lower at the start of the season then adjusted as skill levels improve.
If you have a favorite real course and would like it included I the schedule let me know.
A special thank you to Sweepingfoot_6 who assists in sourcing and testing all courses before they are included into the Society schedule. If you would like to become a course tester let me know.
Event Schedule
The Societies will now play the same courses but within their respective Society and not necessarily at the same time or order. Each season will be 31 events and is about 60 days in length.
Majors will now have a Main & Alternative events with entry based on past wins, and current placement in the Total Points & Total Earnings.
There will be an off day before each Major so that the 2k21 statistics have time to be updated by HB Studios.
Tournaments
We have changed the number of rounds so that there is a mix of single round, two round and three round tournaments. There will be:
5 Championships
4 Majors
5 Shootouts
1 Team Event
1 Global Golf Tour Championship Cup
Shootouts are single round tournaments with the tees forward, no wind and soft greens. These events are designed to be fun and low scoring. The Ryder Cup will be played at “Pro Difficulty” settings in the Pro Am society. Members of the Master Society may also enter but they will play at their Master settings not Pro
Bonuses
All events in Pro Am and Pro Society tournaments will have bonuses while the special events will have a minimum added bonus of:
Shootouts 2500
Championships 3000
Majors 4000
Projected bonus’s for the Pro Am Society will be 80000 coins and the Pro Society 100,000 coins.

Global Golf Tour Cup Summaries
The birthplace of golf was a fitting location to hold the season ending finale for the Global Golf Tour Cup. The opening round was set up short and with a favorable wind enabling players to start off the tournament with some nice low scores. As in real golf the Old Course does not have many defenses to counteract the long hitters so the scores were a little lower than normal. Each Society had a Main and Alternative Event with the Top 25 from the previous event plus all past tournament winners from Season 1 and 2. Both Societies had over 70 participants in the tournament. Congratulations to Masekpmel for finishing in the Top 5 in both the Pro Am Main Event and Pro Alternative Event. Unfortunately, he won't be able to repeat this performance because he has now been promoted to play exclusively in the Pro Society along with a handful of other members of the Pro Am Society. Thank you for your ongoing support.
Pro Am Society
Main Event 1. Nico612000 2. Masekpmel 2. J-Izo 4. HazyKestrel71 4. HarbingerofHate
Alternative Event 1. Handley20 2. Mast20m 3. Heebs4 3. Usa2923 5. Dr.GreakaTheWolf
With his win Nico612000 was able to catapult himself into 2nd place in the Total Earnings race with Bretmc holding on to win the Total Earnings top prize.
Pro Society
Main Event 1. Bamagolfer64 2. Slake_Moth 3. Wheatdog24 3. Wardie002 5. theweez5293 5. Sizzlean_74
Alternative Event 1. OUBraves3B 2. Masekpmel 3. Johno-21 3. Justwanchope 5. AlexHoying
With his strong showing in the Main Event Steve-ads earned enough to overtake Shamrockdawg in the Total Earnings race while Shamrock was able to hold on and win the Total Points battle.
Stay tuned for the individual category winners and naming of "Golfer of the Year" in both Societies.

Top 10 Finishers
Pro Society – Total Earnings
1 Steve_ads 11866 2 Shamrockdawg 11490 3 Slake_Moth 10224 4 DJFlower28 9928 5 Sizzlean_74 9270 6 Wardie002 8928 7 Oaklandish_Bros 8833 8 Wheatdog24 8504 9 Traffic-8 8345 10 UFgatorkyle 8197
Steve_ad’s Championship finish earned him enough points to capture the Earnings title.
Pro Society – Total Points
1 Shamrockdawg 3972 2 Slake_Moth 3581 3 DJFlower 3532 4 Steve_ads 3435 5 Sizzllean_74 2560 6 Oaklandish_Bros 2555 7 Wheatdog24 2355 8 Tompep1 2335 9 ZippyBurger 2218 10 Ufgatorkyle 2077
Shamrockdawg retained the Points title. Season 3 will shape up to be a battle because 6 of the Top 10 finishers played in less than 20 of the 31 events. If they had competed in a few more events the standings would be quite different. ZippyBurger played in only 15 events compared to Shamrockawg’s 24!!!

Tournament Summaries - Season Openers
We always start the season with a Shootout. It's intention is to start the season on a light note and have some fun on a short course with no wind and flat greens.
Pro Am Society
With recent promotions up to the Pro Society this season will be a changing of the guard in the Pro Am Society. Nice to see new names near the top of the leaderboard. Somethings never change though and you will find mine near the bottom!!
Top 3 finishers:
1. Smittycrew5 2. Gbang 2. Babfather 2. HarbingerofHate
Pro Society
A trio of golfers who finished off near the top of the leaderboard at the Championship Final started Season 3 in the same place. Shamrockdawg was a little rusty after his vacation from the Tour but you know he will be in finefform soon.
1. Wheatdog 2. Bamagolfer 3. Theweez 3. BA-1078 3. Djflower
Master Society
Theweez made a statement by winning The Opener and almost did the unthinkable by winning both the Pro and Master Society events.
1. Theweez 2. Slake_moth 3. Wardie002

The Pro Am and Master societies are currently playing in the Bi Polar Challenger at TPC Boston where the opening round is short and easy and the last round is from the tips with all of the hardest settings. Pro Society is in Vegas at Shadow Creek playing what I think is one of the most underrated courses on 2k21.

Tournament Summaries
Alright we are starting to get rolling now with 3 tournaments under our belt and we are inching towards our first major of the season. The most frequent I have heard so far is that Master Difficulty is not nearly as difficult as people thought.
The Pro Am and Master Societies played the Bi Polar Challenge which many people loved and a few newer members were a little surprised at how difficult this game can be when you deviate from default settings. The Pro's were at Shadow Creek which is an outstanding course to play in real life as well as on 2k21.
Pro Am Society
1. AlexHoying 2. BarryLavety 3. Muscavado48
Pro Society
1. Sanchez73zzzzz 2. Soudge55 3. Traffic-8

Tournament Summaries
Pro Am Society - Seve Memorial
Seve would be angry at how easy I made his tournament. Next year's version will be more in keeping with his character. We had 2 players tie for the win and both are 1st time winners on Tour. That's what I love to see!!
1. Kollack27 1. ISoccerBoy 3. Handley20
Pro Society - Old South Championship
Seeing Sancheez73 at the top of the leaderboard is getting "old" too. Congrats on winning back to back tournaments. A reminder to all of the "3 Win Rule"....if you win 3 tournaments in a season you sit out the next 3 tournaments, after your 4th win you sit out 4 tournaments, etc. a very competitive tournament with 11 golfers within 3 shots of the lead.
1. Sanchez73333333 1. Whineycracker 3. Smittycrew 3. Tonbeast 3. Wheatdog24 3. Sizzlean74
and in case you care I was in 43rd place. A huge improvement over last tournaments 57th place finish. I am in a huge slump!!!
Master Society - Spanish Championship
The Master Society looks like it is going to be very competitive with a group of about 10 players battling it out every tournament.
1. Slake_Moth 2. Theweez5293 3. Texasboi3000

Greetings from Tour Head Office
Scores have become very low in both Pro Am & Pro Societies in Season 3.
Therefore, everyone finishing in the Top 15 in the standings and earnings list will have their score history reviewed. You will be sent a message if you are being promoted to the next level. If you don’t receive a message it’s because your PS4 privacy settings prevent messages.
This means you will be “banned” (sorry it sounds harsh) from the current society and you will need to join the next Society as their is no automatic promotion option.
The reason we have 3 Societies is to offer a platform for people to move up as their level of play improves.
Pro Am is really only for people who occasionally shoot below -10 in a round. Ask yourself if you meet that criteria.
Anyone who is finishing in the Top 20 of our very competitive Pro Society should also be playing a few tournaments in the Master Society. Our Master is one of the few that allows use of the Putting Meter so it’s not as difficult as TMT or TGCTOURS. Give it a try it’s actually quite enjoyable. Even I play it and I am rarely in the Top 20 in the Pro Am society.
If you have questions please message or email me

Tournament Summaries
The 1st Major was held at The Country Club 2 Brookline. A classic old course that made up for it's lack of length with forced layups and some tricky greens. Large fields in all the tournaments including 50% of our Master membership playing. If you have not tried Master Difficulty our socity is the place to start because we still allow the use of the Putting Meter with the majority of Master Societies do not.
Congratulations to all our top finishers there were losts of new names on the leaderboards along with familiar ones.
Pro Am Society - Main Event 1. FafaDaddy 1. TheJoker 1. AlexHoying
Pro Am Society - Alternative Event 1. HazyKestrel 2. CaptainCrunch 3. ZeroFarp
Pro Society - Main Event 1. Alkitts 2. Oaklandish_Bros 3. Soudge55
Pro Society - Alternative Event 1. Turtlebone 2. Tonbeast 2. SRSQ1
Master Society 1. Texasboi 2. Shamrockdawg 3. Theweez 3. Sniperkerney
The Tour now swings over to a Shootout where members have a chance to go -18 or lower with a tournament on shorter courses and receptive greens.

Tournament Summaries
The last tournament was an example of why a Society owner needs to properly test courses before they are placed on the schedule. I had played both courses in casual play but with only firm and fast greens. The greens were fine but when I bumped up the firmness to "very firm" many pin positions became borderline. The good news is that 4 new members have offered to review courses for me. Each is given 10 courses and will play them at the prescribed settings . The courses are graded on playability and quality of design (ie. is it aesthetically pleasing?). If you'd like to help out get in touch with me
Pro Am - Haggis & Whisky Invitational 1. Enforcer141982 2. Parbuster1962 2. AlexHoying
Pro Society - St Andrew Hotel Classic 1. Wheatdog 2. Whineycracker 3. Sanchez73 3. BarryLavety
Master Society - Bangers & Mash Inv. 1. Texasboi 2. Teebsinator 2. Theweez 2. tmlynch 2. wardie
