I'm assuming your in CC-A? But -15 with master clubs would only translate to a -22 with pro clubs in my experience. Just a 33% increase. Neither 1 of those scores is worthy of a promotional mark in that tour. With the old rules or the new 15/5 rules. I'm not trying to be rude but it sounds like you're in the exact tour you belong in. Maybe just bitter about not getting over the hump? Just need to improve a little? I don't know.
Again not being rude, just calling out what I'm reading. I'm still a caddy here.

I’m not complaint about not getting promoted, I’ve played on the Euro tour and web in the past. My point was I’m quite happy with those scores but only if I’m competing with other Xbox players under the same conditions. I just got promoted from CC-C a couple of weeks ago in the promo event otherwise I would have still been in C. I’m not bitter about anything my main point was there as never been a level playing field across platform since the second game. |

Go back to pro if you are on xb1 - that's a level playing field No it’s not I’m loosing distance off the tee and now I’ve got to be in the top 5 to gain a promo mark with Pro Clubs not that that will happen with either clubs. It is, the numbers show that XB1 has a fair shot across the board against both the other two systems on Pro clubs. You're not worried about lost distance since you're only competing for promo marks against other Pro players. |

What Scott means is that the stats show Pro clubs on Xbox to be basically on a par with Pro clubs on other platforms, and as you would essentially only be competing for promo spots against other Pro users it is a level playing field. I hit -34 with Masters on Xbox in this tourny and made some bonehead mistakes along the way. I'm not pretending it's easy but it can be done! Just play with the set that gives you the most enjoyment Les and see what happens. |

I do enjoy the challenge with the master clubs, I also like playing with the pro clubs, this week my putting was absolutely terrible not related to the clubset because I don’t think the putting is any harder whichever one you choose. If I had putted better I could easily have got into the high twenties with or without using the master set. If I had used pro clubs I might have scored a little better because of proximity to the hole being slightly better but wouldn’t have been appreciably so. The point I was trying to make about the new qualification is your more likely to see PS4 players promoting by using Master Clubs than Xbox. I’m not blaming Doyley for changing the rules he’s doing what he thinks is fair for the most players if anyone’s to blame it’s HB for not making sure the game plays consistently across all platforms. |

I don’t feel it is but short putts under 10 feet aren’t my strong point anyway, I’m a good lag putter from distance and I’ve cut down the number of three putt holes I make in a tournament. I don’t think I had a three putt this week. |

Looking at some CC-Pro/Am data and on CC-A it was around 38% using Master Clubs a few weeks prior to the logic change. This week it's currently at 48% using Master Clubs on CC-A. The rest of the tours this week are hovering around 50% Master Club usage

I said it would be a 20-25% of an increase. But its actually a 27% increase by those numbers. Just curious as to what the % goal was.

How about showing us the percentage increases by platform, I can’t see many Xbox players changing, I tried it last week but with the tempo issues I’ve decided I will go back to Pro Clubs. I’m not expecting to promote whichever clubs I use.

I feel like you should not be encouraging master clubs when the ps4 users have a clear advantage with the master clubs. I won't complain though I love TGCtours and I will just have to play better.

We're not encouraging master's club use...it is even 10 and 10 on every level except CC-A. And on CC-A, those who want to use Pro Clubs don't want to be promoted to Web where Master's are required. So we're giving more promotion marks to Master's Clubs users who actually want to get promoted. |
