Starting the books soon. Still two more to be written and I'm certain they'll go further than the ending of the series, and with a different plot.

Curious what people think of the books, I really enjoyed the first 3. Book 3 A Storm of Swords being the absolute peak, I just couldn't put them down. Books 4 and 5 were an absolute chore to finish and I quite like slow moving books and films.The plot moves at a snail pace over a huge amount of pages
I would really recommend Bernard Cornwell's The Last Kingdom Series.Every book is very good, I'm on book 9 now and love the protagonist of these novels

I haven't checked the whole thread for comments, but I didn't see any "Worst Season Ever" comments. Season 8 was terrible! A complete let down. Just saying...
