Those bunkers give me dirty thoughts. Bold bunker... Or warm apple pie? I would warm apple pie the hell out of that flat bottomed bunker with the tall grass face.

Love it. Exactly what one would expect Donald Trump to say.

Not template holes but it's golden age
The course I have been most curious about for years, Essex County Club....now has flyovers for all 18 holes on Youtube.
Having just watched these, the back nine in particular is confirmed as my favorite continuous nine in all of golf.

A look at the par 4 17th at Durban Country Club... currently working on an RCR that will hopefully see the light of day... best course i have played as of yet... probably one of the most radical fairways in golf

The flyovers of Essex were a treat to watch, Adam. Masterful use of a flattish piece of land. Hole 11 gave me a stiffy.

If people ever tell you contouring looks unnatural on one of your bunkers just point out the smallest bunker on the left I think I am going to take a lot away from these videos in terms of how to plant a wide open course - this hole looks straight out of the designer!

I have the lidar for this course, but somewhere in the course of things I forgot to finish the OSM, likely because it will take some effort to match up the correct imagery with the post-renovation layout. This is on my list, if I finish all of my ports and current WIP projects, to do.

You know all the classics, mate. We finally have an actual Lidar King, in you.

The word "gem" is horribly tossed around when talking about how good some courses are but this course I'm posting is fully deserving of the word. Kington GC is officially recognised as a "gem" because I said so... Flyover of Kington followed by a playthrough by one of Manchesters finest, Peter Finch.
