Looking for someone to osm sherwood country club in California. I map courses on OSM for $80...send me an email jaywhyenecks@gmail.com Have you published any of the courses you have mapped out in OSM?

I map courses on OSM for $80...send me an email jaywhyenecks@gmail.com Don't know if this is tongue in cheek or serious, but in case it's the latter, OSM is the easiest and least time consuming part of the lidar process. Because of that, I would question paying anyone any amount to do OSM for you, and $80 is absolutely absurd.

Because of that, I would question paying anyone any amount to do OSM for you, and $80 is absolutely absurd. I think it is absurd to build a course using OSM work done by someone else. I have done this a couple times and it always leads to me separating, realigning and deleting most of their OSM nodes/splines and in the end I have spent at least 25% more time in OSM than if I had just splined it myself from scratch. And after checking some of OP's work, I don't think they have ever used their OSM to build a course. Having said that, there are a couple of courses I would have liked to have paid someone to spline for me due to the sheer amount of alignment insanity with needing to use multiple satellite sources depending on feature type and hole location.
