Presentation was good on What’s Going On?! and it highlighted What’s Going On, which supports rewarding Masters Players.

I like the structure A-G,Z at the moment, lots of levels to progress through but I think rewarding Masters players needs to be looked at.

A proposal:
Change Promotion marks awarded in CC
- Current: Pro/Masters get a promotion mark if in top 20.
- Proposal: Pro clubs get a portion mark if in top 20 as before, but Master clubs get a mark if in top 40.

Change Demotion marks awarded in CC
- Current: Pro/Masters get a demotion mark if lower than 120.
- Proposal: Pro clubs get a demotion mark if lower than 120 as before, but Master clubs get a demotion mark only if lower than 140.

So whilst it doesn’t level the scoreboard, it levels the awarding of marks and therefore there are more opportunities now for Masters players to promote, and less chance to demote. And we don’t penalise pro players with this change.

And THAT is what I’m talking about !
That is the incentive needed for Master Clubs.

It's actually top 100 will not lose a mark if they already have one, so it's currently a little more punishing if you carry a greenie, however, you can drop a reddie if you're top 100.  101 to 139 there is nothing given if you have none or a reddie.  Basically hard to keep them once you have them.
