Question for anyone who knows. My dear ole wife decided to book us a trip to Vegas for a week , starting the same day the playoffs start and it looks like I will miss The Barclay's. Are there any points given for a missed cut as that would be inevitable if I had to play on the craptop from the hotel or does not playing equal the same points given(0) I'm currently sitting 69th in points so curious if missing the week spells the end of my playoffs with all the extra points up for grabs? Thanks for any info that can be provided.

There is a cut in the first two play off events in real life (125 and 100 starters, cut to 70). No cut in the last two (only 70 and 30 players in those)

UPDATE - with release date now known - going to open up playoff to all except for last event.
PGA/World Tour playoff fields (based off FedEx/Rocher points) The Barclays - all PGA/World Tour players Deutsche Bank Championship - all PGA/World Tour players BMW Championship - all PGA/World Tour players TOUR Championship by Coca-Cola - Top 30 (PGA), Top 30 (World Tour) ** no reset of FedEx/Rocher points/seeding
World Tour Promotions will be turned off during the playoffs - Strikes disabled
I expect there to be a mass exodus (more than 20% than our poll indicated!) when TGC 2019 comes out so at this point, we're not restricting the fields first 3 playoff events. We'll only restrict the final event - if anyone shows up for that I'll consider it a win!

Forgive me for my ignorance Doyley, but by making that there is no reset of FedEx/Rocher points, aren't you actually just shooting yourself in the foot for turnout? With the reset, folks that are ranked down to 15 even 20 in the last event may play it thinking they have a chance, with no reset there is a pretty good chance by the final event, things may be already determined and there will be no need for that event anyway.
If you just don't want the work, I'm sure there are any number of us with an excel spreadsheet who could reset the points and email the new spreadsheet to you. I mean after the third event and we see who the top 30 are, assigning them a new reset point total is literally a copy/paste,

Literally four tournaments left. I can't imagine us starting a new season in the next four weeks anyway for the following reasons:
1. Not sure if the game is being released for all platforms on same day 2. There will be need for updates and PC will get them first, Console takes 1-3 weeks for updates 3. People will need time to actually experiment and practice 4. TGCT will need to run practice tournies to make sure API and all that stuff is working properly and if it isn't it won't be high on the HB fix list
In the end the final won't be official unless TGCT does it but I'm sure someone after the fact will publish a list with the true rankings.

What version is the Ryder Cup going to be played on, 2 or 19?

What version is the Ryder Cup going to be played on, 2 or 19? Plan is 2019 barring any unforeseen reasons to bail.

At least it will be less stress free as a spectator this year.

Ship Golf 3 - Boats and Hoes is being worked on in my brain.......probably have to use rakes instead of hoes though, unless they've been added.

I missed the date it’s being released on, can someone reply and let me know pls. It's unknown again. Someone on HB forums posted a link to a site with games coming out next week which had TGC2019 on it. It has now been removed off that list with HB saying they have no control over what other websites post. Probably be out on the 28th if it's to be a Tuesday in August.
