they need to fix the power issue now!
really annoying especially when i get on a downwind par 5 and i hit it at 93 or 94%.
For example, i hit a 93% drive then a 94% 3 wood with the same amount of force on the stick.
Also like to say that its the same force i would use for 100%, ridiculous.

Whispering River, of all the courses so far, except for a few easier ones this is one of the top tier courses. Some look great , some play with great risk, reward, But this one just hits on all cylinders. Some are too hard Son Gual for me at least, but this one just does whisper in your ear to have one more try at a better score. Anyways I finally managed a 70 with 13 - 15 mph winds. Not great by any stretch, but this course like Son Gual, even though it drives me nuts and usually clears a room( I can and do get slightly miffed when I miss a shot, even though the Commentator tells me its only a game !) BTW I really don't think you need high winds to make this a game a great one, up to 15mph is plenty. Its the gusts we need to get into the game.

Whispering River is a great course and you are right about wanting to get a better score.

managed a -8 overall on the tour (had a +6 round on copper creek thanks to having to take a max stroke penalty after getting stuck in a spot I couldn't play from) averaged around 4 under on the other courses can't remember scores exactly and wasn't smart enough to snap a pic with my cellphone (on XB1)

Completely agree, sometimes not much the designer can do, but Mitchblue let the tour or the designer know so they can maybe look at that area before we hit it on a tour.

started using the pause at the top of backswing method now and its brilliant. btw its only a slight pause and it even improves my accuracy.

Par on Harbor Island Black in 5 mph wind. Very few birdie chances..I was trying to save par almost every hole. A Bogey on 2 and 7 & a birdie on 9 and 16. Very pleased by this round.

didn't let the round get away from you, should be very pleased with that. As soon as you start giving yourself more birdie chances the scores will come

me too although i still make bogeys but that's purely down to me hitting the wrong shot but it used to be down to my mood and my mindset in high winds has definitely changed in high wind rounds e.g. i shot a 69 on Harbor Island Black in 9-10mph winds, but before i would automatically think bogeys because of that.

can't seem to play well at all on copper creek national. it doesn't matter what winds i have, i just play rubbish and practice on it will be very light as i have no fun at all playing it.
saying that, i might practice a bit more towards the start of Q-school and that will be the only time i play it a lot.

I think my downfall will be Whispering River. Can't get used to the speeds. Downhill putts are killing me..

So I try Whispering River again, -1 after 17. Hit a beautiful tee shot on the short par 5 18..and double bogey. Ugh..
