Just wondered what would be a good score to shoot for as far as qualifying scores. Right now I can shoot right around par. I was thinking anything just at that or maybe 1 or 2 under might be good, but I'm not sure.

Hey, Here are my scores: Q-School Practice Tour (Round 1) Mount Yeti Royal Golf Links | 72 (E) | Q-School Practice Tour (Round 2) The Club On Whispering River | 71 (-1) | Q-School Practice Tour (Round 3) Copper Creek National (Major) | 75 (+4)
| Q-School Practice Tour (Round 4) Son Gual Desert | 77 (+5) | Q-School Practice Tour (Round 5) Harbor Island Black | 77 (+5)
| Q-School Practice Tour (Round 6) Crawford Mines Golf Club | 69 (-2) |
| +11 |
It was mainly my short game that let me down, especially chipping from heavy rough around the green. It would sometimes roll 10ft past and i would miss the putt. Also i was testing drawing and fading into the wind.

Doyley, where do you think +11 would of got me.
I could of done better with a few birdie putts hanging on the edge or lipping out.

Doyley, where do you think +11 would of got me. I could of done better with a few birdie putts hanging on the edge or lipping out. I think you'll find there's a small group at the top that shoot lights out, then a large group in the middle that shoot in the 68-74 range per course and then another large group that shoots 75+. So if I was to guesstimate I would think that 11-over would be close to the cut line between the PGA and Web.com - after 125 or so golfers the cut should be slightly over par I would assume.

11 over is cut line for pga? holy wow thats pretty high. I thought it would be closer to par myself. but whatever it is, im cool with it, as long as i can not have those aweful bad rounds where i fall completely apart, i should make the pga.

I've played most if the courses as exhibition rounds to try to beat the course record. I've come close but no cigar. Hopefully I can remain competitive as I feel like I can hang with the best in the LGGT tour. Here is our current tournament and standings. I posted early clubhouse on Sunday hope it holds.

Well I've only just learnt to play in high winds and because I'm not the straightest off tee I will occasionally shoot bad rounds. It means that even getting on the Web.com tour is an achievement

Wow, son gual just KILLED me. Played pretty decent until then, mostly around par, with a +4 on the major. And then son gual came, with 14 mph of wind the whole round, and my putting COMPLETELY off all of a sudden, I scored +25. Worst round I ever played in this game. Last 5 holes I was just hacking around wanting it to end...
Continued to Harbor Island after that, standing on the first tee: 23 mph of wind. No thanks, I stopped right there. The wind is terrible...

Well with the chance to practice these courses all of our scores should be a bit lower. If some of you haven't noticed, someone put up a practice Tour of the Q-courses. Go play, see where you stand and practice.
