I don't know. My FPS is 60 and my shots are still all over the place but not consistently. They can be good for hours and then suddenly I can't keep it straight.
Weird.

I don't think that internet speed is tied to FPS. The game is loaded into your memory. FPS is about GPU power and a bit of CPU power. All internet speed will do is make the game load faster/slower. Once it is into RAM it should play the same as any other console that has the same amount of RAM. Correct, fps is down to what system you own hence a decent pc will run better than an XB1

Can also have to do with background processes, etc. The framerate issue here does not alter the ability to hit within the cone, it is about the tempo. So when framerate drops/increases, it can cause downswing to be slow/fast or very slow fast without that necessarily correlating to the tempt with which you moved the stick/mouse.

OK, certainly happy to be proved wrong. Do you have a link to thread/post where it was confirmed? No...because of the NDA I can't link or copy and paste the threads from beta. You'll just have to take our word for it. You are actually in breach of NDA just for writing that first part.

The option to turn off rival's ball label or annoying coloured box is a big plus

Amazing how much people are having to do to try and enjoy this game.
New PCs. New controllers. Turning off every other process on the computer, hacking in and locking your fps to hope to let the glitch go.
HB ruined this. It had so much potential, and they wrecked it. A few kinky improvements here and there, with some new features and better graphics, and it would've been great.
Instead, they rebuilt the game, and wrecked it.

But the TGC1 swing arcade is far more fun than an inconsistent and glitchy swing in TGC 2. At least it's somewhat consistent and somewhat predictable

The fix would be not having randomness and the swing tied to FPS coded into the game. Just like they programmed ball squirt into the 1st game..they've done something here too that drastically alters the game play.

HB ruined this. It had so much potential, and they wrecked it. A few kinky improvements here and there, with some new features and better graphics, and it would've been great. Instead, they rebuilt the game, and wrecked it. The game had to be rebuilt to add the new animations, ball physics, and swing mechanic. There are lots of issues that need to be fixed, but to say a basic update would have sufficed is nonsense. Gameplay in TGC1 was lacking. Once TGC2 works like it should, it will be a much more satisfying game.

It amazes me how so many people who know nothing about game design have suck strong opinions. If u can do better. Go design a game. Oh wait u can't. They are a new company and trying to listen and give us a game we enjoy. I don't know any other companies that listen as much as they do
Is not the games fault your comp specs or internet aren't strong enough.
Quit complaining and play or move the @!$# on. Maybe Rory still has a following you can join
