Just got my rounds finished and the word to some up my feeling is gutted had a more than solid -8 round 3 to get myself up the board and was thinking if a few power lip outs had dropped maybe id be fighting for an exemption.
Round 4 why do you hate me so.
hole one left myself a 5 foot swinger and missed hole two had a straight 5 footer for bird that went dead centre and bounced over the hole hole three still blood boiling went to bend one shanked it burried in the cabage tree blocking my slight tried foolishly to blast it out ran threw the fairway down the cliff into the water but the game gave me a 80-88% water lie??? didnt know this was possible. I had a laugh at that it calmed me down to be honest so declared it unplayable went back and a pitch and 2 putts later double bogey 6.
I managed to get level after 8 under par after 9 and lipped home with -4
could of been better but on a course like this it could of been alot worse
-6 -7 -8 -4 -25 T8 on PS4
hopefully a top 25 but doubt it'll hang on

A chapter in the "Never Say Die" book. I send my good friend Graham Bunting a message this morning congratulating him on squeaking by on the cut line. And of course challenging him to beat my piddly 69, 69 finish. So I get a message back thanking me and letting me know he fired an astounding -10 in round three. Leaderboard says he catapulted from T70 to T19. R-E-S-P-E-C-T

Very nice. I finished 68-69 and not sure what to think of it. I hit some very solid shots with some nice shot shapes that didn't get rewarded by fairways that shot them into the rough and long approach shots that looked to be shaped well that kicked hard away from the pins. It was just a really tough test and it probably hurt that I didn't practice the pins nor the course much at all. Some people are putting up some amazing scores.

I'll be doing rounds 3 & 4 myself shortly. I might even stream my attempt to climb the leaderboard, currently sitting at -11 thru 2 rounds.

Has anyone ever exited a round and resumed play later only having your golfer not on the same hole that you exited from? Anyone???

Alright... got that situation straightened out with the commish. Lasse Andersen my good sir, great shooting for the tournament. I almost had you. I just missed the green on the 18th hole so I'm left with a tough left to right chip of about 9 yards. If I make it I finish at -8 and take the tourney from you via the tiebreaker. I decided to go all out for it. Just burned the edge and kept rolling... and rolling... almost off the green. Missed the long uphill putt coming back for par too. With that bogey I finished at -31 for the tourney, two back of you. The 18th hole isn't what hurt me. It was the damn 15th that I should have never have bogeyed. That's what got me. Anyways, congrats Lasse on sitting in great position so far. Hope it stays that way. Good luck to everyone else yet to finish. Peace
