Probably my least enjoyable outing on web. Not a fan of the desert theme at all. Missing short putts on 2 and 3 for birdie and the max firmness settings making it very very difficult to get close or even stick on the greens had me raging. After those missed putts and general frustrations I was wishing i was back in CC throwing it into soft greens and playing target golf. Would be nice if we could just have one of those weeks on web. Round 2 was target golf Paul, guess I'm out of tune with that now, as I was crap in that round By which time i was raging..

Shot -7 in the 1st round, back to form after missing 2 cuts in a row. That disappeared in the easier 2nd round when I could only muster a -4. That round seemed as if the whole game was messing with me. Looks like I've made the cut though and I'll look forward to the neon green coloured round 3 tonight after my beloved Sunderland have secured their premiership status for another season. All fingers and toes crossed Not to mention putting your arch rivals down in the process. All in your own hands. Wont be wishing you good luck though because i still haven't forgiven you for 1973.. Come on Everton!!!!
Bitter, bitter, bitter ?. Hope you enjoy beating the mags next season mate

Last two rounds in the book. Struggled with the putter horrendously, don't think I made a downhill putt in either round. If I could even have converted half the chances I had I might have made the top 20, as it is I'll be lucky to stay in the top 50. Still pleased with my week's work though, making the cut was my sole objective. Good luck everyone, see you at Saxony

Watcher of the Watcher's Report 39 Hours Remaining
With 42 Watchers and the usual uncountable amount of Lurkers still to finish the first 2 rounds the Watchersafezone still sits at -12 for the next hour probably. -11 is 98% up 7% nearly over the line Wh0amiagan , Andrea 's mate , Hootbleet and @terry Grayson. -10 is 69% up 4% North47 and overr8edplaya should be confident on making the weekend. -9 is 48% up 1% for the star studded line up with scampi00 , hmammoth TonyDDon BMann1976 xraylucy and sportsmen10 will be edge of the seat stuff -8 is 14% down 1% for danandsons and Vellerz watching over there shoulders for the watchers. -7 or worse are cut Projected Cutline : -9

Royce. The TGC rules are use kid gloves and only post if you are giving praise and building up ego's. I don't agree with your assessment of this very well done course but I can't stand the idea of shaming people for posting how they feel. Negative responses are part of the real world and can actually be very beneficial but the ego bruising is always met with reprimands on here.

And why is the Kentucky Classic on a desert course? Be careful, unfortunately you can't see anymore what happened to me when I made a mistake with a comment like that....

I enjoyed my first crack at Web! Made the cut, which is always good, imagine I'll be going backwards based on my last two rounds though. Nice course.

This course hated me and I hated IT. We were both in total agreement that we both sucked, so all is fine. I for one have no clue as of how any of you scored what you guys did in Rd.1. I had no medicine for this course... Oh well. I could use some "free" time. Sadly this missing cuts thing is starting to become a habit...
Ended -6 btw so not even close...

Unfortunately if we matched the theme to the event name every week, I think we'd have too many countryside, boreal and rustic courses, ignoring the other themes. To include other great courses, quite a few of these won't match up. Would be my guess anyways.
