Nice write up. Forgot I did well in one week lol. My week 4 performance was crap.
I like seeing my name up there and hope to see it again!

In our new (and probably temporary) section, Digs vs Sam Watch, Digs scores his first points of the season with a very good 29th place finish while Simon narrowly missed out finishing in 53rd place, but at least the crayolas he has supplied have been useful for writing down people's forum tags. 1-0 to Digs Ha! haaaaaaa!! Giraffe72Shoulda guessed you'd come up with somethin' like this. OK! I usually pit myself against Brian Fuller but seen as though I'm now a fully fledged Webber I'll make digsb my new nemesis Top drawer write up as usual - nice 1.

And Ruskie, you got some points, nice 6th place finish! What?! Points? ~Grabs hankie~ I'm so emotional right now, I never thought this day would happen. I feel like I have finally arrived. I'd like to thank my wife for going to bed early and allowing me to concentrate, my son for not waking and interrupting my round, the cat for not sitting in my lap making it hard to swing straight but most of all you guys for putting on this great tournament allowing us lower league plebs to feel a sense of worth and belonging ~drys eyes~ I'm going to print the spreadsheet out now, frame it and replace the wedding photo on the wall.

Haha... that made me laugh! Most likely because it reminds me of many of my rounds and what distracts me regularly.

Having a section for CC Players is a great idea. I've enjoyed this tournament for a long time, as you always choose great courses, but recently I havn't been looking at the results as I know I'd be right down the bottom. This will give me new motivation, and I'll be checking the scores from now on.
Now Sam has ditched me I wondered if anyone needs a Redundant Nemesis!
Hey that would make a great name for a band.

Got you by 1 Andy...-26 here. Got caught up in the ditch on 16 at Mirkwood and hacked my way to a double bogey

Played week 5 and 6 in one setting tonight because I am going to be busy a lot for the next several days. I screwed up big time on the first round of week 5. Putter wasn't working for beans. Then a couple of really dumb moves and I doubled two holes in a row. Then a string of pars. I think I was something like -2 through 14. Let the rage get the best of me. Started speed playing after that. Ironically I hit 4 birides in a row to finish -6 for round 1. But more frustration in round two due to me being an idiot and then raging...speed played the rest of that week on the way to a rather miserable -16 or -18 or something.
Took a 30 minute break and came back for week 6. Despite at least one God forsaken bogie in every round I think I was -33 or -34 at the end. Better, and acceptable, but nothing to smile about...
Some nice courses here. But since I was in a bad frame of mind though most I cannot really make any comments on the courses. I think I need to take a couple days off from TGC though because I have to get back in the right mindset...
Usually I have a ton of fun with RRCC, but I was just in the wrong place menatally today. Should have just turned off the PC after round 1 of week 5....
Nonetheless, as always, Thanks Thomas and Jaime (and whomever else contributes) for keeping this event going.
Happy Thanksgiving to the Mericans...
