I'm assuming your Pinehurst #2 is one of the frontrunners for the US open as well (better get on the other 2 majors quick if you're after the course designer slam)

I love Pinehurst #2. That's my new favourite, tough and well though out. The reason its special to me though is Michael Campbell of NZ won there in 2005, with the best in the world at the time mr T Woods chasing him down. Glorious moment in NZ sport history, so thanks

The front 9 is now available for testing. It is called "MNGC Test 1".
The back 9 is not even close and several weeks away from being complete, so please disregard it.

Played it last night and awesome. One of the best recreations of Augusta in my opinion. Please keep us posted on the progress on the back 9

I've just played the MNGC test course and wow! it is superb. Easily the best recreation I have played of Augusta so far and I have played a few lately.
I thought the firmness and speed worked really well together, I can't wait for the full version.

After several days of work, and now the addition of flowers, the 10th hole is ready to be revealed. Head over to the HB thread for a new picture.
It's slow but steady progress on the back 9.

Managed to get an ace on the 16th... we all know that this is the hole to do it. Sunday pin placement right? ;-)
Nice to see a great and famous course being build .. with the dead trees and all. A true artist at work!

Some new pics added of the 13th. Tackled the 14th green and some elevation work on 15 this morning. Currently working on planting on 14. Hopefully only another 2 weeks top until an 18 hole Beta is ready.
