We have voted to leave things as they are because of the hassle involved and the fact that it opens up several cans of worms. I understand if it is a nightmare to switch the trophies, but can it be acknowledged publicly that James Morgan has won 2 extra tournaments and Mike Blackman 1 extra tournament? To me there is a bit of a difference between knowing it is near impossible to do within the coding and another to acknowledge that the winner was false in these three tournaments.

I am sure Steve would get a good laugh from this. Live and learn. I bet though Alexandre could discyper what is really being said though This may be the funniest post I have seen in ages!

It's a shame because he designed some very good courses.
It's also a shame that he unnecessarily deceived all of us just because of the need to cheat to win.
Good call Tim, Doyley and SmilingGoats

Yeah I don't understand that answer.
As I said in my previous post, I get that recalculating standings, points, and money is a hassle, but it seems like putting a trophy icon in a players profile would be relatively simple. It is also my understanding that it has been done before.

It is also my understanding that it has been done before. It happened for me twice on Web last year, but the violater of rules was banned, so not sure of the circumstances here as it seems that Boomer's account won't be banned... He just can't play. Hopefully it can be resolved for you as I would fight for any win that I felt I earned.

We have voted to leave things as they are because of the hassle involved and the fact that it opens up several cans of worms. I must say I'm disappointed in this. Appreciate it is a pain, but his results should now be null and void. We've been beaten my someone who wasn't supposed to be there. Not only that, but for me I was desperate for that win, something that I had to wait an extra long time to get because of this. So I think it'd be appreciated if you could add it to a list of things to revisit at some point. Agree, can an asterisk be added next to Boomer's name or change it at the end of the season? Even the IOC can get it right in the end, I'm sure it can be done at some point. Congratulations to Mike on your Players Championship and to James on your Honda Classic and Greenbrier Classic wins.

I get the disappointment. But there are endless ramifications to adjusting things. What about the guy who at the end of the season has to play in the Web.com finals because of points he lost because BB was in the field? Or how about the players who missed a cut by one position (happened to me actually) because BB was in the field? We are all hard done by this. But we can't pretend he wasn't there, because he was. It is impossible to go back now and undo that.
And since he didn't cheat to get his win, he technically was the best player those weeks he got the win. I get that he wasn't supposed to be there, but he was, and we can't undo that.
I get it...it sucks. It sucks for us more than anyone. It isn't what any of us want...but it is what it is.

I don't agree with keeping with a player that wasn't supposed to be there that played legit and won to keep a title. It kind of sends the message that you can skirt the rules and somewhat get away with it. My next question is this: Which name will Steve (Boomer) use once he is reinstated? If it is his real name, which is his real name as far as we know, then does that not nullify the Bryan Boomer name and results? I realize this is still a fluid situation. No offense meant to decisions made, just countering some points is all.
