I actually hope to be outside the top 10 since playing four tournaments to qualify for the PGA tour sounds FUN! Though if I end up top 10 I'll be happy since the end goal is to have a PGA card anyway. We shall see! You still get to play those tournaments, just a bit less pressure. Yeah I saw that - so that's good. But something about that makes me want to play them "for real". Either way looking forward to that event!

And the winner of the combined reg season/tour finals money list gets a ticket to the players championship. Everything to play for even if you finish top 10. The winner of the tour finals by itself gets a ticket to players championship also,

What a maddeningly frustrating couple of rounds with the Putter this week. I couldn't sink a putt from any distance, leaving everything between 2ft or 0ft tap-ins hole after hole. If I had less than 30 putts per round this event, I would be shocked. After closing out in style in round 2: double, bogey, bogey, I suspect my weekend plans will open up Similar results here... 26 and 30 putts for round 1 & 2. I'm usually money with the flatstick, probably averaging about 23-25 putts per round lately. I just can't get the correct speed/break ratio figured out on these greens. I couldn't buy a putt in the 6-12ft or 20-40ft range. The only thing that kept my scores respectable is making a bunch of 15 footers, usually for par lol. I think I easily made the cut, but I'll have to shoot some incredible weekend scores to crack the top 15, which is now my goal. Exactly the same for me. Usually tops with the putter but I couldnt get it going. 30 putts round 1, 28 round 2.

Well, my second round began with a bogey at one and ended with a bogey at 18. In between made some birdies enough for a second round 65. Not a bad score for me in the winds. Will be at least 5 back going into the third round.
Good luck all!

I got hot on the backside in Rd 2 with 6 birdies I think, but a bogey on 18 dropped me to a 66.

Ok, update to the current status through round 2. Note this is a change to both the previous spreadsheet updates by Luke and myself. In looking at the rules, it appears Tim Fox for sure and possible Keith Haga are still alive for top 10. Site admins noted the rule and the difference between DQ and DNP. DQ and DNP are quite different and are not counted together for inactivity. Per the Rules (front page)You may lose your tour card if: •You do not register for a tournament for 5 consecutive weeks. (without notifying commish@tgctours.com as to a valid reason for your absence). - Listed as DNP•You are disqualified (for any reason including not finishing a tournament) from 5 consecutive events. - Listed as DQ•You are disqualified from 8 tournaments within a single season. - DQ- Tim Fox has only 2 DNP in a row. Plus this week, plus next would not meet the 5 consecutive rule. He does have 7 DQ's
- Keith Haga has 3 DNP in a row. Plus this week, plus next would be 5 consecutive.
This means the list changes a bit. The line clearly moves up one spot. All the more reason to note Andy Tracy is moving "in" this week, Tom Jones "out" if this continues. I added some additional players further down the list who are looking for good paydays this week. For those on the bubble, pry best to cheer for the lowest player on the money list (Sooter), or the upstart Uwe Fries.

And the tension builds! Thanks for these updates. I most certainly wouldn't be smart enough to figure this out.

Great work. I'm still not convinced about Tim Fox though. He has no WGR making me think he's been kicked out or something? Maybe an admin can shed light on this?
Plus, I think they stated recently that 4 weeks without registering for a tournament (DNPs not DQs) will put them on the inactive list.

And Doyley did clarify that DNP and DQ are completely seperate. I think it best to finish in the top 9. The good news is Sooter (settlerofcatan) apparently does not want his card (see above).

In the 'End of Season for All Tours' Sticky thread, Doyley wrote...
"Note: You're going to see Active Member a lot below - an active member is anyone who's registered for an event in the past 4 weeks. More details in the Inactive Members section below."
And why does Tim Fox have no WGR? Was he one of the guys with multiple accounts?

As far as the WGR I have no earthly idea... I have heard on multiple occassions though that there should be ALOT of PGA/Euro tour cards available due to inactivity above us.

That would jive indeedy. So Haga will become inactive after this week and Tim Fox will if he doesn't register for Stone Field thus Tracy would get in.
And yeah it might not matter that much if there's cards aplenty being offered for the web finals :-P

So he wont be "inactive" until play starts at Stone Field without him. Tim Fox has 2 DNP in a row now. Plus this week (winco) is 3. Even with next week, he will only have 4.

LOL I've been found out! Now, that won't prevent me from trying to perform to earn it, I just won't be sad if I end up outside top 10
