'European Tour - active card holders outside top 100 on Money List after W35 finalized'
Does this mean any players above you with PGA cards wouldn't count?
So say for example I finished 110th on the Race to Dubai money list but 20 of those players above me where PGA, rather than Euro, tour card holders I'd be placed 90th and not have to play in the Web.Com finals. Or does anyone not in the top 100 just have to play in the Web.Com final?

I'm 114th on the Money List and about 75th on the money stats for Euro only players. So, depending on which list it goes on, I could either make the first Race to Dubai event or have to play the Web.Com final just to keep my card.
I wish I'd discovered TGCTours a bit earlier as I only joined about half-way through the season and its been a race against time to earn enough prize money to make the Race to Dubai.

With this PGA Championship finish having 7 of the top 9 from the European Tour, maybe it should be considered the top tour. I was assigned there rather than getting my preference of the PGA Tour but I've really enjoyed playing against and losing to all those guys.

What an awesome first season. Yes there was some fine tuning and some learning curves but all in all great job and it looks to be even better for season 2. Thanks again.

With sloaner and dlw leaving, the Euro tour has the most top tier talent, but I think the PGA is much deeper. Very equal tours in my eyes.

I am really curious how Im standing in this RdD-setting. Currently Im at 97 money-list ranking... But is that with or without PGA-tour players? How can I find out?

How will captains be selected for the President's Cup? I think it should be a regular contributor to the site who is not good enough to play in it. I think we should avoid "Captain Players" As far as Euro and PGA tours and end of year stuff, I think they should set a rule that whatever tour you play the most events in in (PGA/Euro) is the end of season grouping you qualify for (Fed Ex/ Race for Dubai) Right now if you are 150th in Fed Ex you have no idea if it is good enough because until week 36 who knows who will decide to go where (euro or pga)

The captain's picks should be the best players available not already qualified. Players who give their teams the best chance of winning.

You might aswell take all 12 from the WGR (which is the only real way we have of determining who the "best players" are) Clue is in the name - Captains Pick. There might be, for example, players who are outside the Top 50 who are in great form. In fact if i was US Captain i know there's one guy outside the Top 50 i'd pick in a heartbeat. Luckily, i'm not US Captain, or even American, so i'll duck out at this point

I think it should be the players who can give their team the best chance to win. I dont think that is always going to be the same. If you are 90th in WGR ,coming off a series of top 5's OR are very consistent (if you can shoot 62 every time, it is more valuable than 59-67 due to match play). N

I don't believe Sloaner or DLW should be allowed to compete in it since their departure from the game. I'm not sure if they'd come back anyways, but give it to the guys competing every week.
