End of Season - Updates for all Tours
Just a brief note before getting into the details - when we started TGC Tours we had only planned on 500 people playing. We now have 1,000 playing weekly and it's amazing! It's also caused us to have to rethink many of our initial rules and tours. We had to make some changes on the fly to accommodate the growing user base (anyone remember 300+ player Web.com events?). With that in mind, we've had to rethink our end of season across all tours - some are affected more than others (sorry Euro tour!). In the end, it boiled down to technical limitations and the only way to solve our problems was to have all four tours wrap up at the same time, which will in turn allow us to start Season 2 promptly.I apologize for the last minute changes and notifications but what we have worked out below will work and will allow a smooth transition to Season 2.
Note: You're going to see Active Member a lot below - an active member is anyone who's registered for an event in the past 4 weeks. More details in the Inactive Members section below.
