Great play Rob. Your ghost kept appearing on my tournament round and even though I was removing it, it kept coming back, same with Lukes! Seeing those good scores put me off ha ha! Won't learn much from me, Dean! Your scores would suggest otherwise!! I always turn off ghosts on tournament rounds, it just feels wrong!

I like the company of a fellow golfer, be it a coloured line that zooms across the screen! Also, I didn't practice much for this course so needed all the help I could get.

I like the company of those coloured lines when playing practice but like solitude from real and virtual things when playing the tour rounds. PS. Why has no-one complimented me on my new swanky signature? It's the first time on any forum I have ever bothered and I get no feedback whatsoever. You must all just be jealous!

It's a good signature. Replace the Newcastle badge with this and it'd be really good...

I really don't mean to be totally anal (but I will anyways!) , but shouldn't you have your current tour on top, Luke? I think you may very well be playing on exemption next week on Web, though. The top CC tours are really cut-throat anymore!
Plus.. you are a week out of date, as you are now WGR 355.

Not got round to updating it yet, been so busy, hence pretty much every round of the tournament this week being fitted in past midnight. Seemed to work though, I must be a night owl.

Great tournament course. A lot of variety in the way you can play holes and a few chances to make eagle OR double. Risk/reward at its finest.

I finally finished my rounds. Fun course and receptive to the winds. I would like to thank Oswinner and c-flo for being my chauffeurs throughout the tournament. You guys played well so I tried to emulate the best I could. I didn't putt as well and ended up -16, but I will take it.

ARGGGHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!
I was having a very solid 2nd round in those high winds. 8 pars in a row and then 3 birdies in a row. I was near the top of the leader board on PS4. I missed the fairway and then the green on 12 to pick up my first bogey but quickly got back into my rhythm. PAR - BIRDIE - PAR - BIRDIE . -4 with 2 to play. I was very happy with that. The 17th is a hard hole and although I was disappointed with a bogey I was still happy at -3. I only went and 3 putted the 18th, missing from 3 foot. It felt like a dagger to the heart!!!! All of that hard work ruined by one stupid putt! (Okay so I am going slightly over the top here!) I have confidence playing in the wind but still no confidence putting from close range. There are 5 of us fighting for exemption and after 3 rounds I'm in 3rd place although one of the guys hasn't posted any rounds yet.

As long as you all finish in the top 70 and within 10 strokes of each other you'll all get promotion.

Problem is that I'm already 6 shots behind first so it might be tough. Top 70 should be okay. I'm not sure if you're on the forum Jan Jansen but you come up as being on CC-A this week and you are a CC-B player. You don't have an exemption(S) against your name. Is there an issue?

Well, 3rd round was a disaster at +2. Nothing went right after a birdie on the first. My putting was awful and I completely misjudged some of the elevation/wind combinations. I blamed the game! I had a much better 4th round, -4 in the end. Still should have been much better. Went into the water on the 3rd on my 2nd shot. I was thinking, here we go again. Holed an amazing 3 iron from the drop area to get a very unusual birdie. Again, I missed a number of putts. I'm really struggling with 6-10 footer. I'm missing 1 in 5. I need a break because I can't read the breaks and luckily I have an enforced one.
I'm off on (Real)holiday for 2 weeks so wont be in the next two tournaments. I doubt I'll have made it to CC-B when I get back unless others have failed more miserably than I have. See you all in 2 weeks or maybe much longer if my exception attempt is unsuccessful.
