Charred Island Resort - Not Approved Continue to work on sculpting because the course, while deathly flat in most spots, has a lot of unintentional blindness whenever you raised a portion of land. Additionally, the surface color choices are really hard on the eyes when combined with bold mowing lines and bright, noon lighting. Also, if this is what $1.5 trillion bought you...ask for a refund.

Inspiration point - not approved
Sculpting isses abound, bunkers need some love.. and playability issues involving trees = (like having to hit through a Forrest on one to get to the green.

Post Links v2 - Not Approved
Sculpting, surfacing, and playability issues throughout.
The greens were decent but there were too many issues to approve this one.

Resubmit it with the correct par. I'll give it a play tonight. Done. Thank you. Did no. 7 publish as a par 3 instead of a 4? Or was that intentional?

Did no. 7 publish as a par 3 instead of a 4? Or was that intentional? No.7 is a long Par 3. It has never been a Par 4.

Hey guys, can one of the reviewers please remove my courses from the database? Thanks so much! Stop. As someone who struggles with mental health issues and depression I'm here to tell you, online forums are either an escape from that stuff or a fuel for it. Now before you think I'm picking on you, you've made it quite clear that you have your own issues. It's OK. A lot of people do. Leaving was your best decision. Obviously you are in the "fuel" camp. I know you've reached out to members of the community and asked for advice or to tell them about your situation and that's admirable. One thing I think should have been shared and I don't think was is that you shouldn't create more drama for yourself. This is drama. You're just pulling yourself into a situation that you don't need. I'll remove your courses if I can, but just leave it alone. God bless, Adam. I'm hoping for the best for you.

Defense of Par - Not Approved The course has mostly sound hole strategies but the technical execution w/ the designer tools needs to be improved for your next course to be approved. Items of note: - hole aesthetic/bunker shapes. We have a mix of geometric template holes, ones with angled surfaces combined with circular bunkers, a few with Fazio-esque flash bunkers and even a few rugged bunkers. - Do not let surfaces cross over each other. Whether it was heavy rough cutting through the side of a green into water or bunkers laying across multiple surfaces, this was a consistent issue. - Rocks in play (especially gigantic ones) aren't usually a good idea. Rocks in play that are the size of greens is a bad idea. Finally, while this has nothing to do with the not approved...I would encourage you to use a course name that describes the place rather than "I want to defend par." I shot -11 without batting an eye and I'm average TGCT player. Here's a good thread from mattf27 that may help with your future projects -> tgctours.proboards.com/thread/22725/matts-rambling-course-naming-guide

The Legend at Osprey and White Mountains
Both have only one pin. Started a round on each and could assume they wouldn't make it even with the required 4 pins. Spend a little more time getting a feel for the tools. I suggest Canuck's Tutorials.

Sycamore Heights GC - Not Approved
Sculpting and surfacing issues held this one back. Bunkers were extremely bathtubby, and most of the holes seemed to be extreme doglegs with bunkers at drive length. The tee to green fairway on all holes, including par 3s looked rather strange as well.

Cabot Trails, Nova Scotia - Not Approved
This is unfortunately just an autogen course thats been made worse by adding a few bunkers and trees in weird spots.

Cabot Trails, Nova Scotia - Not Approved This is unfortunately just an autogen course thats been made worse by adding a few bunkers and trees in weird spots. Could you perhaps go into more detail on things I could improve on in the course. I didn’t feel as though I left this course auto genned I shaped a majority of it with the sculpting tool. I’m just trying to become a better course maker in general so any info on things to improve helps!
