I'm in elite league and i can't even come close to making even the top 50 in tournaments, so why do i even bother playing this game anymore.

Xbox.. not sure about PlayStation.I play both systems.Really out of the loop on what modded controllers even look like on the PlayStation This all happened in the 2k19 version.So have no idea how it has advanced now.We had a close knit group and they could see what s modded controller looked like Enlighten me what a modded controller looks like on Xbox then? Glued matchsticks and rubber bands 😉 It was a hori paddle style controller. For me, I’m hoping 2k25 has a good offline career mode.So I can play at my pace and style.This version of 2k23 is currently $3.99 in a bargain bin at the GameStop.Why would I spend $150 plus on a fancy controller for a game that is available for $3.99.. I’m not going to buy a special controller for any game.Just give me a good career mode that I can chew into.And the rest of you can play online competing against -18 shooters |

For what it’s worth, I’m not that good, play with a stock PS controller and can shoot -15 or so. I’m just not that consistent and not great at the game.
I don’t make any actual calculations for wind etc. So just being a fairly routine player guessing at shots, I have the potential to shoot better and I’m already not that far off on a good day.
I’ve seen people that I know aren’t cheating shoot -20. So, in my opinion, it’s certainly possible.

Having said all that, I can’t find anyone with a score of -73 on the leaderboards…. It's likely a Plat player using CC for practice. I shot -46 for this event and I felt like I left a lot of shots out there - so a -73 doesn't shock me. |

So this post makes zero sense to me about your statement on fancy controllers. Regarding that Hori paddle controller, if it's a straight shooting controller the API that TGCTours uses would pull it up. Now the only other way to cheat on this game is tempo manipulation. I am sure there might be software cheat programs kicking around and I have no idea if TGCTours anti cheat measures would pick this up or not. For the record I detest cheating and anyone who does cheat is a pretty sad human being in my view. But if you're convinced TGCTours is rife with cheats stick to private societies and career mode then. Personally to me it's more to do with the casual settings they use here being way too easy for the top players. In our sim societies where quite a few of the big guns from TGCTours play none of them are ripping the courses to shreds. Legend Ultra Sim produces very realistic scores, check out our SIM discord and you will see exactly what I mean. |

These guys play legend ultra sim they'll still be complaining about being 30 shots (or more) back at the end of the tourney. It's all relative.

Totally agree with you, it's absolutely possible to score a -20 in a CC round without cheating, it doesn't happen often but it can be done. |

Also you do know that going back to TGC 2019 Xbox players haven't been in the races precisely because of using Microsoft controller which does not work properly with this game's tempo. Someone who owns a Playstation Sony controller against a Microsoft Xbox controller, is the person with the Sony controller cheating then? is that ok as it came with the console. If you want to play cross platform competitions with a controller that is broken that's up to you but to accuse other of cheating because they don't want to use it because the latency is awful and it is a tempo sh%$ show kind of sums up what goes on in your head mate. Seems all you do is come on here complaining or accusing others of cheating. Give it a rest, show the proof rather than mindless accusations again and again of cheating. I won't mention what you sound like to me.. |
