I’m sure everyone will say “well, they aren’t in your tier so don’t worry about it”
Or “ the game has been out for a long time.. and people are just good “

If your going to Cheat at a golf game. Than that is the ultimate new low in the world. Pathetic times

Oh … they know about it.Cheats and hacks all over this game.When you play online on any game you have to expect it.Not just one doing it either
It is sad…… a golf game and you have to cheat for your moment of fame..But hey, if that floats your boat than do it
We made a private tgc style society a few years ago.And monitored who was in it.Worked great, every event was competitive and the players loved it.One way to beat it is make your own private society and invite people who you trust.

I think the only thing sadder than cheating in a golf game is wrongly convincing yourself that other people are cheating on a golf game and getting upset about it 🤷

Back in 2k19.I helped run and moderate a Facebook page and society on Xbox.We gave away gift cards to each event winner.And the grand prize was two masters tickets to the third round.That were donated by an great friend that has recently passed  .Anyways, one of the stipulations was filming yourself playing one of our event rounds using an standard Xbox controller.This one deranged individual posted a vid for us using a paddle modded controller.The other members quickly knew this controller was modded. He shot a -76 for the 4 round event.He then says he has to use this controller because he had a medical condition.We banned him , and for quite a while he dogged me with harassing messages.On the borderline of even threatening me and my family. He than doubles back and sends me a message publicly saying how he just got out of prison.And how this game saved his life.And how the masters event was always his dream to see in person.Also saying he can’t find a job because of his prior convictions and may need help getting transportation if he wins the masters tickets.Looked up his name and he did serve prison time. Amazing what people will do or say for a video game.After we finished the season we made one “honest” Xbox player extremely happy. And the other “honest” players were happy to play in a society that was well monitored The world is really a goofy place.For some this game is all they have.Let them cheat if they need be.Better than taking their psychotic beliefs out elsewhere in this world |

You ever been threatened on Facebook like i did.? Than you would truly know how serious these loons can be.Liks is said, let em cheat.And try and play the game by not looking at other scores.Or, make your own private society and invite others you know.Only way I know to keep it fair |

If so, really you have a choice there to stick to societies that only use the Xbox controller or if you want to play cross platform stuff like TGC AND compete you need to switch to a pad that gives similar outcomes to those other platforms.

I don’t think that can be classed as cheating at all assuming the controller they are using passes TGCT checks. I’d imagine the vast majority use the razer as its cheapest and performs well. I use the razer and it is absolutely comparable to the DualShock which I have used in the past so I really disagree with anyone who says using a razer is cheating on TGCT (if that’s what you’re saying) If you are more referring to people using these controllers in Xbox only societies that specify that they don’t want non-stock controllers used then yeah that’s different. |
