Bumped as TGCT are only 39% towards season goal with 5 weeks of the season left. Support it or lose it. I have already donated and will donate in the near future, but I really hope that HB/2K will also donate...2K23 stands thanks also to TGCTours.com and their percentage of hardcore players |

Seems to be trending upwards. Nice work all! Still a ways to go though. Would like to see something about next season from admin. It would probably help donations. Might be tough to donate if there isn’t a next season.

There is also the fact that 2K has taken some of TGCTours designer courses and put them in the game as official courses, so it would stand to reason they can part with a mere 6K drop in the bucket and keep this thing going!
There is a tgctours discord as well - I wonder if there are less folks on these here forums and more on discord - but doesn't seem to be any mention of donations on the discord at all to try and get those who may not realize this forum actually exists..

I said it last year but same applies this year. Only 128 people have donated this season. With a very vague estimate of 1500-2000 people playing each week, 128 is pretty pants.

Easy fix:
Starting NEXT season, anyone wishing to play on tours is required to fork over $10 USD, bare minimum. If you don't pay, you don't play. There's your $15,000 if not more.

Tbh the donation target is really small compared to the amount of people that actually play the tours here.
Not only the expense but the precious free time given up running something like this.
Unfortunately quite a lot people think just playing is supporting the site when actually the more people that play the more work involved for the admins.
125 people out of 1500 or so donating is pathetic, sort it out or lose it TGCTours members. As the great supermarket chain once said 'Every little helps'

We don't move forward till everyone pays up! I played over 40 weeks in a row now. I'll put in a 100 now and add 200 more when Season 10 is approved. |
