Can't say I disagree but I don't know what it has to do with what I posted. I said after a while you get everything and it won't continue to help because you are maxxed out already. Want more power? Sacrifice accuracy. Vice versa. Actually you can't max everything. Those fittings give and take away so you have to choose which attributes to focus on. That's what I said. You can't get everything up to perfect there are sacrifices. You can't get ultimate power without sacrificing accuracy and you can't get ultimate accuracy without sacrificing power. You are in effect maxxed out. You can get close enough though and in the end the game is 99% your inputs.

TBH from playing a basic (no fittings) golfer with master analog swing difficulty it doesn't really matter that much if you can hit good tempo and swinglines consistently. Master is pretty forgiving a bit like pro in the last game. Power and lie fittings are the real aids on that swing difficulty.

How about not having to unselect / reselect controller several times to enable game play in XBox? Ridiculous. I play on Xbox and have literally got no idea what you're talking about? Are you using more than one controller? Could it be that simple? I’ll put my second (grandkid) controller away to see if that solves it. Thanks

Hi,
Most important for me :
1) Change time on each hole (+15mn for example). Too sad to start a round at dawn to finish it at dawn. That should not be too costly, I find. 2) Do not fix the tee set by length, thus allowing to set tees in any order. Not too costly either.
Would be a + :
3) dry stone walls 4) sod walls on bunkers
Well, with that I'd be the happiest of designers...

Get rid of Unity and go with CryEngine3 (No licensing fees ) or Unreal Engine. Give the Designer's much much more to work with.

1. If it's still a tempo-based game, sorting out the servers so that tempo doesn't vary from one day to the next (on PC at least). 2. Drop zones. How are these still so wrong after so many years? 3. The ability to choose where to place your tee in a tee zone. It's crazy that this isn't in the game. 4. The menu system in terms of choosing courses is crazy. I should be able to back out of choosing a course without being taken back way too many steps.
5. Probably a ton of other stuff that will occur to me the second I press "Create Post".

Enhanced career mode with more depth, more sponsors, more immersion...and make it so you don't have to be online to play it.

In no particular order, I'd like to see the following fixes/improvements: - The mini-scoreboard. I'd like it to stop telling me I'm in 5th position after each hole, when in reality I'm 73rd, etc.
- Incorrect opponent shot display in multiplayer. No, he isn't really playing a 125-yard chip.
- Pre-shot waggle. Maybe this already exists, but I'd love an option to turn off the action where my player looks up, waggles the club, checks the pin and so on before a pitch/flop/chip, etc. It seems to happen just as I'm about to start my backswing, and it keeps putting me off.
- Physical positioning on sloping lie. It make me wince every time when I see my straight-legged, wrist-bent player trying to play a shot from a steep slope, particularly when the ball is below his feet. I feel I should have the paramedics on speed dial, because there's bones about to snap.
- Parallel universe physics. How did my ball stop rolling on that slope on the green and leave me with a 20 foot putt that's 2 feet downhill? Was I using a spiked golf ball by mistake?
- Parallel universe physics #2. I do not feel good about my chances of survival, let alone shot recovery when the game shows me that as a result of my wild drive I am now encased up to my waist in rock.
- Play against/with the pros. No offence to Jon Rahm, Tiger Woods or any other in-game pro, but I do not wish to possess their bodies when I play. Many enjoy that of course, so it's a nice option, however I would enjoy lining up alongside them in a match. If the game creates all their scores during career mode, surely it couldn't be too hard to include the option to select one of them as a playing partner could it?
- Cross-platform leaderboards/societies. It's great that I as a Steam/PC player can play with a friend or stranger on another platform now, but it would be fantastic to see integrated cross-platform societies and leaderboards, or be able to ghost a player on PS or Xbox.
- Aerial view for drop zones. Much has already been said about the repeating stupidity of the drop zones being in rough/sand/active volcano, etc. My gripe is that when my ball goes in the water and I have to pull backwards to find a legal drop zone, sometimes that means travelling backwards across water for ages without being able to see where I'm going. Could not an aerial view be included, where you can click to select the position, perhaps using the book?
- Skills and fittings, oh my. I much preferred the arrangement in 2K21 where it was the clubs you bought in the pro shop that had the attributes that could change your shot length, shaping, etc. Skills and fittings are fairy dust fantasy elements that detract from the realism of the game. Plus at the end of a round it creates more irritation having to click through additional screens to advance, and find out I've been awarded another sleeve of magic balls that I'll never use, or a fitting significantly more useless than ones I have already applied. I know there's practically zero chance of this being changed in 2K25, but this is a wishlist and that's what I wish.
Lots more I'm sure. But that'll do for now.

Don’t get me started on the magic balls we should be able to cash them in if we’re not going to use them

Support Steam cloud and whatever it's called on the consoles (it's not the year 2005 anymore where you have to manually make backups of your game files).
Invest in better servers than these single core dial-up connection ones that are in use right now.
Migrate to a better game engine than unity, better graphics will blow EA out of the water resulting in much more sales.

... and a least two types of fairways, as the stripped fairway next to the green is just nonsense and just awful.

For the designer I would like new clubhouses or different building blocks so you can put together different clubhouses or other buildings. Different lengths of grass like first cut light rough then heavy rough being about 6 inches high. More variants of dry stone walls,. Bunker shapes that you can mirror. Easier applying out of bounds areas with no bleed through give us a crisp edge. People in different poses, maybe a one with a dog on a lead we can place round the courses on paths and next to clubhouses that don’t have the associated crowd sounds with them. Moving flags on proper flag poles, they could just be generic flags or even have the society logo on it. Tractors and other course maintenance equipment. The ability to alter the height of bird flight irrespective of the terrain it’s flying above or swimming birds that aren’t tied to the lower water table. Proper pot bunkers with the revetted faces. Stripes that run the length of the fairway and not across it. That will do for now.
