And EA PGA Tour has proven that you can do it...even though that game has some issues with its implementation. The live play against ai avatars in EA's game was excruciating. The AI was shite in that game and how anyone found it enjoyable playing against them is beyond me, 2 foot missed putts etc, so f'ing slow to hit their shots ffs. Tbh EA's career mode was better than 2K's but 2Ks career mode is sh%$ so not hard to beat. Haha, yeah I never liked playing with the AI partners at all, and turned it off immediately after trying it once or twice. Showing that it could be done was the most positive part of them actually doing it!

I like all of your requests except: "Fix Xbox controllers and swing timing (I turned off timing it is so bad)" This is a Microsoft issue - low polling rate (poor communication to console). The Razer Wolverine V2 (wired) is a much better option. Yeah i'm just learning about this in another thread, it wasn't bad for me on 2k21 on my xbox one, but as soon as i made the switch to series x and 2k23, the swing has been horrendous. This (and EA golf) are really the only games I still play so I just want it fixed without needing to buy a controller worth an entirely new game (or 2 looking at the prices) Gamesir G7 feels like an Xbox controller and is pretty reasonable pricewise. Polling rate for the Microsoft Xbox controllers is hard capped to 125Hz even on PC which is shockingly poor latency for even a controller, I would say you would be at a disadvantage in any competitive online game with that poor input lag not just this game. The Gamesir G7 has a polling rate of 250hz and gcan be set also at 500hz or 1000hz and V2 250hz, so the Gamesir and the V2 trounce the Xbox controllers for lower input latency so it's no wander you get a much more playable consistent tempo with these 3rd party controllers. As Demon said this is a Microsoft problem with their insistence of locking their controllers polling rate to 125hz even over USB which make absolutely no sense as battery life then is not an issue.

I’ve tried the GameSirG7 at both 500hz and 1000hz on 2k23 running at that speed your putter doesn’t push forward unless you flick it forward very quickly and that’s not conducive to good putting.

TGC - 6.1 hours (IMO pure rubbish) TGC2 - 603.4 hours (you have my attention) TGC19 - 2025.5 hours (Honey I'm home) TGC21 - 2057.6 hours (oh yeah) TGC23 - 1696.9 hours (honestly it's not you, it's me) (missed a chunk of time with a relocation)
Onward!
