Still feeling a bit worse for wear on day three I wandered out of the press bar to report on the singles match between Monarch Doume6307 & Striker Kie . It's going to get hot on the course so make sure you have plenty of liquids. Dom showed me his bag and had taken out most of his clubs and filled it bottles of wine. Kie saw this and threw out half of his club and quickly went down to local supermarket to return with a load of Foster's . I thought that you would of gotten water. Kie replied same thing, it's like gnats pis s . Now we're all ready let's play ball First hole shared Second hole Kie won and Dom opened the first bottle of wine. With the next three holes being shared Kie birdied the 6th while Dom bogeyed the hole. This fired Dom up into opening another bottle and with this took the next two holes to pull the match level. Both players then matched each other both in the golf & drinking until the 15th when Dom pulled out a bottle of champagne and said I was going to save this if I won. Little did they know that this was going to be the winning hole for Dom as they both scored -8 Once they got back to the club house Dom was greeted by a tail wagging Fleole the westie which means because dad won she gets some treats. Monarch Dom wins 1up Yeah ! Champagne for Dominique and some bits with "foie gras" for Fléole.
I didn't find the English word for "croquettes", solid little bowled food for dogs or cats. Is there any one?

Day 4 Singles Match 29 Konstas Kokkonen Palo vs Tim Brantford TimB This was the one match that a few of us would not want to be in Tim's golf shoes today. It was just pure chance that he ended up with Palo and did not like his chances of bringing home a point for his team. It was the first time he would meet the Finnish golfer that could do no wrong. There was a huge crowd gathering around the 1st tee, hoping to get a glimpse. They could feel the rumble of the ground as Palo was approaching, you could only hear them gasp as he walked past them to the tee box.Tim was visible shaken as he had to looked up at this ugly disfigured man and wondered what had happen to him, so he leaned over to his caddy and asked if he knew. Palo overheard this, walked right up to him, stared down at him angrily and said 'Hey Tiny Tim you got a question, you ask me, understand? 'Alright sir, I just did not want to be rude but was wondering how did you become so god damn ugly?' 'See that CAT Lady over there, pretending to be a reporter? Palo said 'Well That viscous woman sent me a birthday gift, when I opened it, this Cat jumped out from fear, and shredded my face to smitherens, some birthday gift, huh? So lets get this game overwith, I have a body wax scheduled for later. This game was pretty much as Tim feared. He would do his best to keep this game close, and was doing well enough to half a few holes but Mr. Cyclops was just to strong and it was 5 up going into the back nine and didn't look good.Tim was able to halve a few holes to stay alive but then 2 bogeys in a row brought this game to an end ' I am sorry for being a S.hitty golfer ' Tim said to Palo . Palo replied 'Nah, man, just not your day, you played well' The crowd sighed as they felt badly for Tiny Tim, when someone emerged from the crowd..Why it was none other than Toby Keith, famous Country and Western singer. He walked up to Tim put his hands on his shoulder and said 'Hey son, we all refer to ourselves as s.hitty golfers, one time or another' Monarchs win 7/5

Nice job by the Strikers. Just had too much in the tank for the Monarchs this time. But for me the real winners are Art Art Vandelay and the Press Corps led by Mark L IGolfBad I’ve been AWOL for most of this Cyder Cup but I know first hand how much work goes into making the Brew Crew Cyder Cup unique 👏 And a special mention for Carol inflames47 whose hard work behind the scenes setting up the four rounds across three societies is very much appreciated.

Cyder Cup VI - The Final Interviews [In the TGC Commentary Box]
RH: I have the two Team Captains with me. That was another close match, but in the end the Strikers won by 20 to 16. The Strikers retain the cup for a fourth consecutive time. Ken, how are you feeling having got a clear victory? Ken: I am over-the-moon to finally get a clear win. It is great when you get an idea for a plan and it comes together, but I must thank my Strikers team. They played magnificently. A big thank you to my vice captain, Paul Matchen, for rallying the troops in the dressing room. I also want to thank all the people organising this great event and all the reporters for their hard work. Finally I want to thank Ashton & Ross for their sportsmanship and the rest of the Monarchs for putting up such a strong fight. Maybe next time, Ashton? Ashton: Congratulations to Ken and his Strikers team. My Monarchs battled hard and I’d like to thank them all but we were beaten by the better team over the week. However, as I like to tell everyone, there is more to Pixel Golf than winning the Cyder Cup. RH: Thanks Gents. See you again in six months time for Cyder Cup VII. [The Outside]
[Max] I have the two Team Captains with me here in the ID Arena. Another close match but the Blue Team have won this week’s Cyder Cup 20 to 16. That brings the Cyder Cup Series to 3-3. How are you feeling A Dub after the Red Team’s loss? [A-Dub] Estaman! My IRL character, Ashton Fox, nearly got the win but he got this idea that there is more to Pixel Golf than winning the Cyder Cup. I don’t know where it came from because I didn’t suggest it. However, congratulations Coggin on today’s victory.
[Max] Yes. The Captain of the Red Team is The Clockwork Robot, better known as Coggin. Congratulations Coggin.
[Coggin] Thanks Max and thank you A Dub. My IRL character, Ken Wise, did everything I suggested and the Blue team came out on top to level the series.
[Max] Thanks to both of you. See you again at the same time next week for what might be the thrilling conclusion to Red vs Blue. Goodbye till then.
[Roll End Credits]
Many thanks to: Set Designer - Martyn Shaw Location Manager - Carol Santapaula Head Writer - Mark Lawrence Director - Art Vandelay Producer - Ben Tough
(For proper credits see Carol’s earlier post)
[Cut to End Easter Egg]:
[The Outside]
[Max] Before you go, can we get a group photo for the archives?
Max arranges everyone in the group.
[Max] That looks good. I’ll put the timer on so I can get in the photo too. Everybody ready. 5..4..3..2..1, say “The Outside” …
SNAP!
