I made peace with not being able to buy most of the legendary cars and trying to enjoy the game with what i have. Lots of second hand cars to buy for pretty cheap.
Finished up the super license last night - caved, got greedy and did not always go for gold every time before moving on to the next one. Now that i got to the end of licenses i might not go back and go for all gold, dunno, will see. No regrets i hope.
Bought a new Alpine for 80k, took it for a spin around Nordschleife in time trail mode - cool thing i noticed is that one can see a leaderboard with all cars on same board, alternatively in pp classes. I might go and match up different everyday cars and time trail them on their stock setups and see how they stack up. If only they paid coins for tt's - i'll be loaded!
Have not ventured into sport mode yet, have not done any race that requires pitstops yet, have not setup my own races yet, so much still to do in this game. Enjoying it.
And then i won 500k in the daily marathon ticket yesterday.

New car dealer sells 2000 and newer models. Used dealer sells anything.
So far i've ignored any second hand car if it is 2000 or newer model as i figured i'll buy it new rather. The few times i did compare prices the new one was only marginally more expensive.
Does anyone know if it is possible to see a secondhand 2000 or newer model that is not for sale in the new cars section at all?

Not sure what the hell is going on but my GT7 has somehow reset itself and everything is gone and I'm restarting from scratch?
WTF???
Have no idea what to do.
Half of me is intrigued by restarting - the other half thinks what if this keeps happening?
Is there somewhere I should report this?
Never had anything happen like this in any game.
Beginning to think this game is bugged as fvck!

Thanks for your help Marc. Seems like it's quite common! Better cross your fingers and toes! Anyway I opened a Twitter Account. Posted my problem on the appropriate account and started "following" him/her. No idea what I'm doing really and it's all in Japanese - just as well probably We'll see if anything happens from that. |

Yesterday was quite an expensive day, bought the BMW CSL and the Stratos second hand, saw something Italian, i think, that was affordable in the legend shop and then topped it up with a new Golf 7 GTi. Then tried grinding a bit of (quick n easy i've heard) cash at some oval place one had to use an American car, picked something that was too slow to chase down the rabbits 3 times in a row, ended up spinning the Bandit Trans Am into a wall chasing down 7th spot, recovered maybe 20k over the course of 3 races and pffft, gave it up as a bad day. Then took the Gti for a spin on the default comfort softs and default school run suspension, was loosing speed in 6th gear down the long straight at Nords and wondered why anyone would want to buy a GTi in real life. Could have been worse, i almost bought a Toyota instead! And i checked all the 2nd hand post 2000 cars and they were all for sale as new too. Won a hatchback Honda with the marathon ticket, getting on a roll here now with the 500k ticket the day before. Might see if it can beat the almost 9 mins laptime the Golf was good for. All this typing and all i really wanted to say when i initially hit the quote button is i'm in same quantity over quality trap. Will go to my grave with 3 mil coins in the bank, too scared to spend it incase i see sommin nice the next day |

The Mrs has a Yaris so I’ve been using that a bit. The Yaris on here seems a bit beefed up compared to hers though 🤣 Or perhaps it’s just the way she drives it…. |

I'm a bit nervous now about updating this game after reading Pete's issue. It's been a few days since I was last on the PS5.
I wonder if it's just a PS5 issue.
What is it with developers releasing an update that is meant to fix bugs but all it does is create more bugs?

Like Marc ,I brought the Beemer, bright in yellow and the Stratos, and a shiny red Maserati caught my eye and now it's sitting in the garage . Menu's all done and I have a
Special licence. Trying to keep some money in the bank for when the Aston Martin DB 5 appears. Hopefully Miss Moneypenny will be impressed.

Update
Following my tweet to the Japanese crew I was eventually given the tweet details of the Australian crew.
They replied to me and gave me a no. to call which I did.
Apparently they are well aware of the issue and are currently working on a fix.
They will let me know when they know.
