Bit miffed about the smaller payouts. Hating the grind but 2 High Speed Rings GP4 on start up daily was enough to get the marathon ticket, just about 200k in the bank and possibility of paying for a second hand car with some change left. Have not played today yet and don't know how much less it be now, but 200k was a tad small payout already considering that its boring as hell to do the grind.
Upside is i can now continue on the licenses at least. Maybe tomorrow.

Ye, might get back to that again sometime  I'm still intrigued by the game, always curious to see what cars pop up next to buy, still enjoying the driving/racing part quite a bit. Wheel works well with the game (better than anything on my pc), seating arrangement, hmmm, bit of a back killer but tons of fun to just drive the Porka or Shelby 350 around a track where they are trying to kill you. Maybe I just got corrupted by the pretty graphics, cool replays, great sounds, dunno. The abacus i use to play all my other games 99.9% of the time does not come close to GT7 on ps4 visually - getting a bit long in the tooth now with no prospect of buying something better any time soon. Imagine seeing this on a ps5! |

Can only do the arcade version of the
game, but only allows you the use of about ten cars . No credits or mileage noted . Time trial or ten car races on most tracks. Sounds PD got something really wrong according to GT planet forums, no idea when we'll be back playing.
Shame, had hoped that this was going to be my go to racing game, but as some have said we've been given a beta game . Hopefully things get resolved soon?

I just tried playing about an hour ago after updating the game and all I get is a error code. It's bloody disappointing. My wheel stand arrived yesterday and I was looking forward to giving it a rip this weekend. |

For a game that prides itself on a great selection of cars it doesn’t half make it bloody difficult to actually get them. Server down is simple. We should never buy a game that requires an online connection to play single player . |

Even though I don't own the game and promised to stay away. I've been reading about this issue this morning.
I've read some unverified and total speculation that the patch or whatever wiped all player progression and PD is scrambling to reset all players to back to where they were but it takes a long time to reset/rebuild it all.
The total silence from the developer PD on this issue sure reminds me of another game developer.
/back to corner I go/
