Not had a chance to look at Spa yet as I'm stuck on the Dirt bit of the Special Licence. Notice the drifting is fcuked also with the tyres. Stuck in the missions with both that and the dirt. Hopefully a fix soon. I'm up for online. Not sure how the PS online works but sure I can figure things out. I've got PS+. Half an hour practice? What's practice?  Didn't I say we was going to do 10 laps on the Nordschleife with the 60's Fiat 500 no tuning 🤣 In gt6 some one took the original Daimler-Benz round here , about 1 bhp . Think paint would of dried quicker Hardest part with the Fiat 500 race at Nords would be keeping score of laps completed. Meet at the Carousel and argue all night long on whether it was 4 or 5 done |

Managed do all the Special licences apart from the last one round Spa , had a couple of laps so far. First lap used as a sighting lap and was 4 seconds off bronze, so it's definitely doable, just going to have to find the right points were to push harder without sliding off. Now we've had the a week I'm now thinking about Brew Crew Racing if anyone is interested. At the moment I'm thinking a 21.00 hrs UK time start one day in week with half hour practice/qualifying time . Ten lap race . Track and Car limitations to be determined, probably more road car based to start. As I'm on the PS 4 It'll be pegged at 16 racers max Sounds good if we can find a suitable day for everyone. So 21.00 hrs UK is that the same as GMT. If it is that's 7.00am my time and 5.00am for Pete for us Aussies. I could only do this on a weekend as my starting time for work will impact this on a week day. |

Friday or Saturday works for me, which ever works best for everyone, Sunday is roast dinner with family .
Set up a lobby to see what's available as options. Think we would probably be best setting up as friends only as I set it to public and someone joined and started ramming and at the moment there's no option to kick anyone, if you wanna crash then go play Wreckfest.
Cars are limited by PP or groups 1 -4 & N. Not sure what cars are in what group?
Think you can have up to 200 laps for
a race .
Qualifying looks like the host can stop it when they like by starting the race .
Various times of the day are available and different weather conditions. There's other options for tuning or no tuning and what assists and penalties are allowed

Looking at the time zones it seems that Saturday morning for us in UK is when it looks like a reasonable time for everyone. Unless we have any Americans, I would suggest anywhere between 7am & Noon. That would also work for me on a Sunday as well

wondered why this thread had gone quiet all of a sudden then realised Cyder Cup V was in full swing (see what I did there?) GO YOU BLOODY STRIKERS!!!!!!!
Anyway came in for a bit of a rant and whinge.
Decided to tackle the Moby Dick Mission set and there's a 30 lap race there. Sweated and struggled for 35mins or so to finish 7th and complete the mission so was pretty happy. Then came the payout - $2000! Are u fvcking kidding me? The final mission of that set is called "One Lap Magic" and you have to overtake at least 2 or 3 cars to finish it sucessfully. They give you Honda NSX Type R '02 and this is what they say about the car "Drive the superb handling NSX-R to successfully dominate a single lap on the Suzuka Circuit"
You gotta be kidding!! The car is woefully underpowered - slow as a wet week and it slips and slides all over the place. Anyone completes this challenge pls give me some tips.
Also gotta say that whilst I'm enjoying the game I think the career section could have been longer and better designed.
Rant & whinge over.

Rant & whinge over.I did the 30 lap race and had to pit 3 times for fuel because I couldn’t work out which button to press to fill up (should have worked it out before I started!). Limped in 10th and got bronze. Won’t be rushing back out. Still waiting for the patch for the tyres so not really bothering much at the moment. Waiting for the FH5 Expansion 1. |

Finally won a couple of cars in the lottery, a Mazda RX 8 , better than a kick in the bollacks and the KTM X-bow, one of my go to cars in Project Cars and Driveclub. Hope it drives as well as in those 2 games.
Not far to go in the menu, only 3 more to do. There was supposed to be 50, the other eleven being added as a update. They could add another 50 as well while their at it.

Need some decent races set up on the tracks. Just 1 to do at Le Mans for 5k credits. Got to be kidding me. Much prefer FM7 career set up which keeps you far better occupied and for longer. Got to the stage where I’m a little disappointed in GT7. Doesn’t appear to be the finished article to me. Seems rushed. |

From what I can see they've nerfed most of the payouts (at least they've upped the Le Mans which I was grumbling about). It's just going to become even more of a grind to buy cars. Sadly I can see me losing interest in this quickly which is a shame because it was fun at first. |
