This week we are off to Donald Ross GC by joegolferg the template king. This course stood out to me for its layout and subtlety. If you are unfamiliar with Donald Ross design, or template design, I would highly recommend you check out the course thread I linked to above, because Joe does a great job of highlighting things. The course might play a bit easy for elite, but conditions are up. I am sure we will still see a cutline somewhere between -16 and -20 like most weeks currently. So keep firing off those birdies and good luck!
former best nintendo switch designer, self-proclaimed dumbass, can't play this game for sh%$ courses: Bosduinen (bad) Cape Castine (bad) wip projects: farm thing (non-contest) National Treasure project - New Hampshire thing
A wonderful course. Breathtaking beauty and diabolically tricky. Reminds me of some women I knew . HahHa
Been on this tour since last year and only made 2 cuts in a year. At -24 at the 36 hole mark. So looks like I may sneak another one in. Really reminded me of the Chicago Golf club that we played on tgc cc tours last year. And never been really competitive on this tour. But love the course selections more than shooting -15 under every round like others

Always enjoy Joe’s creations but this is one of my favourites, love the short Par 4 12th, danger on the right because of the beck, the rough on the left isn’t easy to get out of because of the mounds. And his Par 5’s are never easy birdie opportunities which most Par 5’s are.
I’ll be back for the weekend after posting a slightly disappointing -21 across the opening two rounds
Well turns out the PS4 is stuffed and can't be repaired. Found a near new one on marketplace nearby though, and grabbed it this arvo. Just waiting for the game to download again and I'll be back into it from this week. Glad to be back "on tour" again!
alejandroacantilado: the PGA is doing a great job of setup, and I think the USGA could really learn from them. The bunkers, the decision to not cut the greens when the wind is up. They have to remember that when they go back to Shinnecock in a few years...

alejandroacantilado: man, too bad Hanse couldn't do anything about those cart paths.
