No, he just means we still get the up/down info in the HUD - elevation on marker 'sweeping' was used to identify side breaks and such..(for TST) - in the main tours - the grid does that for us, so just having the elevation is pretty much all you need |

You only see the elevation to the pin in the HUD, not the elevation to your landing spot. Really doesn’t apply much more difficulty there imo. Nothing a ghost ball can’t handle lol. The aim marker is more important for putting (to me) than the landing spot off the tee. Thanks though, appreciate it. I’m still gonna suck. Lol. I disagree a little….A Landing zone with elevation would require more club. And if there are drivable Par 4’s you might not take the chance now as you might not make it past a certain area of the course that could result in trouble. And the marker could show 2 yrds of clearance that you can see and that extra 1 mile of wind could get you to clear as you know the landing zone elevation. The pin elevation and landing zone elevation with drive could be different. No marker definitely makes you think a little now. |

Scout cam helps manipulate that info enough to calculate a safe place to aim. If I land a tee shot in a bad spot, it will be due to a bad ball strike, not a bad misread of a good landing area bc I didn’t have aim marker info for elevation. A drivable par 4, we get the pin elevation for that at the tee. Same as the par 3’s. |

That is what I said, marker only is marker with no info. The pin info can be put into the HUD. |

I live in Florida, Eastern Time zone……we were starting each new week at 7pm on Sat night…I think it is GMT12:00 Sunday which is 5 hours behind in Florida, thus the 7pm starting time on Sat |

TGCT schedule always shows starting on a Monday but things go live on the Societies on the Sunday. I live in Florida, Eastern Time zone……we were starting each new week at 7pm on Sat night…I think it is GMT12:00 Sunday which is 5 hours behind in Florida, thus the 7pm starting time on Sat Yeah, we’re in BST at the moment so the week clicks over at 1 am on a Sunday morning. |
