With their Sweet FA Cup chances hanging by a thread, the Brewers had a lackluster second half effort and will be fortunate to win their match against a steadily improving Tranmere side. Finishing around the goal has been a struggle lately. Hopefully the new match analyst we just hired will lead to improvement in that area.
Round 3: -5 (67) Round 4: -2 (70)

Fighting for survival in CC-F with 4 strikes, the Dragons game on to the pitch with spirit in the first half, but unclear if it will good enough to get a half time lead or keep the commissioner from the door.
R1 72 (+2) R2 65 (-5)

The trip to Amsterdam was a wild ride in the first half for the Italians. At times they looked unbeatable, and at other times they looked like schoolboys with their shoelaces tied together. A takedown in the box in the 4th minute gives Ajax a pop from the spot.
((R1: 64))
The early mistake served to focus the Azzurri and they played well in the second 22. But conditions are very ripe for scoring, so Ajax will have their chances.
((R2: 57))

Week Six Round UpSorry chaps but a hectic start today due to the previously reported utility issues and with a real life early tee time. The scores are all resolved for week six and the matches sorted for week seven in the league and cup. The Premier Division is pretty much business as usual with Juventus holding a slender advantage over Cassino. FutureBuckeye11 has a re-match with Diddeleng after their meeting in the cup last week and up mup kupen nup will be hoping to avenge their heavy defeat. cassinochips took to the field early against fransslabak 's Ajax team in what looks to be a tight contest. The Dutch are up to fourth after a no-show from Liverpool. avjpfc , smarting from somehow losing in Soweto, will look to get Villa's title challenge back on track at Bristol City, where Giraffe72 needs to, yet again, turn round the Robins fortunes in a hurry. Man United host Celtic. jason755 and Celtic Wolf were on the wrong end of heavy defeats and will look to build. Art Vandelay will hope that Liverpool will return from in communicado and that everything is well with crushtastic . Carlisle continue their imperious progress after Riotous saw off Tombanator . This weeks candidates for sacrificial lambs are Barcelona but maybe mbuenger has other ideas. LEFTY79 had a solid will over Tranmere and host Canterbury who decided to strike early after defeat at Coventry. We will see if the early statelyowl gets the worm. It used to be the boing boing Baggies now it's the Okey Cokey Sky Blues. SkyBlueBen will look to build momentum after the slaying of the Dragons and welcome the much-travelled xboxjonnyuk and his superstar Spurs to the Poundland Arena in the Battle of the Prodigal Sons. East Fife will look for revenge for the recent narrow cup defeat in Finland whilst sid snott takes Herne Bay to the Wirral to visit thetaffman . Quarter Final time in the cup and the random number generator has thrown up some intriguing ties. The Championship will be represented in the semis as Barcelona host Hyvinkään Palloseura. The only all Premier tie sees Orlando facing a tough visit from Juventus. Spurs will be up against it when Cassino Calcio roll into town and for many the tie of the round will be the visit of high flying Carlisle to the Amsterdam Arena. Gotta fly, play well and enjoy.

Round 1: -12 Ajax will have to be careful not to play too swiftly because the groundsmen in Amsterdam have done something funny to the pitch; it looks like it's shaking all the time and it's giving the Ajax players a headache.

It's not the tempo - the Ajax players are playing smooth stuff... it's the pitch itself; it's Shakin' Stevens coming hom.... to Amsterdam! Didn't notice that. Only had a quick look at it at Pro level last week. I'll take my travel sickness pills before I take to the pitch. Not today though, bigger things afoot

Foot...gas...you know the saying
Juventus is coming up against two familiar opponents in Orlando ( Art Vandelay) and F91 ( up mup kupen nup), both of which can put up fights. We came out firing once again to try and put pressure on the opposition early and hopefully walk away with two W's. It seemed that in both games our build-up of play was on point and balls were being played right where they needed to be. A couple were even left right at the feet of Ronaldo and Dybala leading to a couple early tap-ins (R1 and R2: both -15). This start gives us a 2-0 lead in the Cup tie but we will see if the same lead will be the case for our league match in due time. Halftime came and went and the style of play didn't change as Il Vecchia Signora was looking to try to just close out the matches well before stoppage time. Another couple of crisp passes and fantastic run by Chiesa behind the defense thanks to his youthful burst of speed lead to another great scoring opportunity (R3: -14). Juve felt as if they were now in prime position in both ties and subconsciously took their foot off the gas (finally) leaving the door open for their oppositions. Chiellini and Bonucci started to show a little age in the back but might have just enough left to preserve simultaneous shutouts, we shall see! (R4: -10)
Good luck to both of you guys this week!
Fino Alla Fine
More importantly though, FORZA ITALIA!!!!! Let's "Bring it to Rome"
