2nd Round 66 (-6)
On the 23rd minute Cristiano Ronaldo put Juve 2 up with a trademark free kick from 25 yards out. Celtic did create chances of their own through Ajeti, Forrest and McGregor but couldn't capitalise on them. Chiellini in the Juventus defence is an uncompromising player who would tackle his granny if she was between him and the ball. There's been an improvement in Celtic's game but when you're up against players of this calibre you can't switch off for a second.
Looks like Juve will be inflicting Celtic's first defeat on them.

Second half underway and some speed football going on here 😄 Round 3 -2 and could of been a whole lot worse and not sure Spurs can do enough to salvage any points but the atmosphere is tense inside the stadium!

It’s all happening in this match as East Fife really hit some form and have been shaking the back of the Spurs net to make it a real close match! Spurs digging deep and round 2 another -4 and should of been more goals but a few silly mistakes by Lloris cost them. Fixture cock up as the Spurs team have to be in Tbilisi, Georgia tomorrow for a week and have a plane to catch in the morning so unfortunately not sure if there will be time for the second half which is a real shame but they (I) will do my best but can’t promise ( Do your best John and perhaps the substitute Gods may take pity on you. I was reminded of the story a bloke I worked with once told me. Somehow, he found himself having to make a similar flight in the late 1960s. The plane was a barely converted bomber that you had to enter via the bomb bay. The stewardess, who chain smoked throughout the flight, distributed the in-flight meal which was a single hard boiled egg for each passenger. Hopefully it will be a bit more luxurious for you.

It wasn’t pretty Greg and I mean the second half 😄 but managed to finish and maybe I should play more speed golf as final round another -4! There were tackles flying in all over the place and the Spurs defence at sixes and sevens and birdies and bogies but the final whistle has blown and what a night it was in this midweek evening fixture! Not even got time to know if it was enough but really enjoyed our football match 👍 I’m hoping Turkish airlines from Moscow to Tbilisi will be a bit more comfortable than back then but trust me I’ve been on some internal Russian flights where you would be thankful of your colleagues flight 😄 Tbilisi by the way is a must visit city and it’s the land of the wine and would highly recommend paying it a visit.

Herne Bay came out of the changing room at the Camp Nou and went k'ing hell, the team dugout bigger than our grandstand. Herne Bay didn't trouble the Barcelona goalkeeper for the first 22 minutes Rd 1 +4
In the cup match against Spurs at White Hart Lane things aren't looking a lot better In a strange world I was working in the Spurs managers home town of Deal today and many years ago I had a nan that lived in the shadows of the floodlights of White Hart Lane

City got their act together for the remainder of the first half but didn't take enough of their chances.
Second round 64
Only 11 shots better than the first round then, I think that one has destroyed my dream of making Kinetic this season.

City really not at the races this week. Some nice passages of play always sandwiched by football resembling my local Sunday pub team.
Third round 70

Carlisle finish strongly but a quiet 3rd quarter let the performance down. We’ll wait and see if the fans are happy with the result but away from the players the manager is disappointed, he knows the team are playing well but the strikers aren’t as clinical as he’d like them to be.

3rd Round 66 (-6)
Juve were in the ascendancy hereand it would take a monumental effort from Celtic to get something from the game. Their hopes were dashed when a free kick by Ronaldo was met by Chiellini who rose above the hosts defence and put the match beyond doubt. I don't know if Juventus took their foot off the gas but Celtic started to come more into the match after the 3rd goal. They had a good period of pressure where they won a few corners which were swung in from the left right and... well just the left and right. The fans knew the match was done as a contest but partied as they knew if the defensive errors were cut out they would give the Turin giants a sterner challenge.
Here's a video of the fans singing unperturbed by the 3rd Juventus goal.

Dragons are struggling to ever be good, either below average but not horrible, or just average. Strikers couldn't score in a brothel and defenders are generally late to the game.
R1 76 (+4) R2 70 (-2)

Fourth round 74
Have to admit I mailed it in a bit this week. I'm going to lose at least one of those green ticks, my only hope is that the second round is enough to keep it at one.
