Just curious. I don't have a lot of extra time to play the game so I try to get a practice round in most weeks. I am thinking about using that time on the range instead of the practice round. What % do you practice compared to the % you play. Ms. Butt told me I needed much more time developing tempo than than practice rounds. What say you? Back when I had a lot of extra time I used to play numerous rounds on the pro tours to practice the hardest setups possible. Made the CC courses seem easy then. This helped me a lot in the last version of the game and eventually worked my way from B to Web and then Euro. I pretty much only have time for this now...rarely play practice rounds on the course we’re scheduled. |

Just in case you missed it, the Dirtbags say goodbye to IGolfBad Mark Lawrence at the end of the week. Mark is the best 'on course reporter' the original D-bags ever had. You will be missed. On the flip side we say hello to bubbsboy100. Darren Young who will start next week. Darren is from England.

Rd 2: -8, an eagle a bunch of birds and one square. Probably not enough to make the cut, but it'll do here

sandsaver01Bit of a damp squib end after reasonable start RD 3 = -5 (boring 5 birdies, 13 pars) RD 4 = -3 (bit more exciting, eagle, few bogeys, found some water) In theory I think this was supposed to be easier putting conditions. Though I missed loads of shortish ones that looked like they hardly broke at all. Kept chasing last holes putt. Leave one low, then on the next go too far the other way, frustrating.

Pig truck squatter posting rounds 3 and 4 Played them Monday. 1'st off. Apologies to my team. my struggles with large societies and peak times of day continues. Red fasts to red slows left and right with same flick of the stick. I mean I haven't totally forgotten how to swing from one shot to another. Play casual rounds in local play, perfects and a few grey fast/slows. I let my frustration get the better of me in my Kinetic round 2 earlier this week. Just wound up smashing the ball not even caring, why try. Bad form. Ended up with a 21% FIR. I'll own that bad round as on being mostly on me and not blame others. Wasn't even going to finish my 2'nd round. I left the game on the 18'th with a 5 foot birdie putt left. Was going to take the WD. Went and calibrated (which I think I maybe should have right at the new swing change) and went from a 77 and several colors of bogies to a 67 in r3 and 68 in r4 with only two bogies. +5 by time I started r3 and ended at -4 by the end of round 4. Not much to be proud of but for me was a needed boost to my mindset. Didn't even need to play those rounds since I had clearly missed the cut. Played those yesterday along with some other casual rounds and hopefully I can get out of the funk. Swing was in a better place. Will just have to try and play my official CC DB and K rounds at a different time when people are sleeping. I'm selling ludes to all members of CC and Kinetic in hopes of knocking them out during my playtime. End natterings/War and Peace chapter. Tempted to small font all that lol. sandsaver01Round 3
