This idea is the keeper guys! Inspired by TannerBronson's Quincy Downs, just not full Tillinghast. Not ready for that yet! 1. Routing with hole six (odd choice to start!) surfaced 2. Hole six overview - a 310 yard, drivable par four And some other images: I'm excited for this one. Hopefully it will be a good first course ever Love the shapes here 👍🏻

I've got my 6 holes routed and mostly sculpted and now I am working on finishing up the planting. Please have a look at these images and provide any feedback you have. Thanks.

IMO having a walking path inside of a walking path is redundant. Are you planning to fill in the rough with planting and there's a walking path in between? If not, then I would ditch the walking path.

Do I (and How do I) sign up for the 2nd design league season? Would like to jump in on this contest 1. Just make a course that fits the criteria in the op and publish before the deadline. No formal registration.

Really cool seeing all these courses coming together everyone, keep it up!!! On a side/personal note, this will be the one contest where there might possibly be a little bit of a longer delay with judging/getting the next contest up. I'm in WCoD and trying to prioritize finishing that. I won't be entering any contests for a bit after that so I'll be able to dedicate much more time to Design League. All I ask is for just a bit of patience. When I say extra time, I'm talking maybe an extra week to get this contest judged and the next one up. Also not sure if it's been mentioned or not yet, but these contests are meant to be fun and casual! No rush with the judging. I know what judging is like and as WCOD is a major contest you should put more time into that. As for keeping it casual, why do you think I didn't bother with spending hours and hours planting LOL

Actually that is an interesting point. I have played when there has been lots of rain overnight and standing water on the fairway. If you have a dip in the fairway and nowhere for water to run off why not put a small body of water in middle of fairway to simulate real conditions. Nice idea for my next course lol
