Fox River Country Club is now open for play.
Fox River Country Club is a fictional course located on the outskirts of Green Bay, WI, USA. As such the holes are named after Packers legends and the best players to wear the corresponding jersey.

Hole 2 - Mason Crosby
Hole 3 - Tony Canadeo
Hole 4 - Brett Favre
Hole 5 - Paul Hornung
Hole 6 - Ray Nitschke (#66)

Well done! First off, I enjoy that the tees were colored Green, White, and Gold. It fit the course concept perfectly. I can tell you took a lot of time getting these elevations done. I really liked the wild flowers scattered through the tall grass. It definitely gave some good pops of color. I also enjoyed the light rough walking paths between holes. No John Daly cart rides on this course!  |

Just a side note, this is the first course I have tried to submit to database and it got accepted so hopefully it can also be my first course to be handicap rated.

Solid course, David. Could tell you took care in your sightlines, transitions, smoothing, and planting. Course was fun, had good use of elevation, and played with a certain feel that matched the look. Great to see everything come together for you on this one. Good luck in the comp.

Thanks for the feedback. I know it could've been better too especially when it comes to the planting but the layout and hole design is something I was really happy with. Definitely the best course I have ever published.

This course plays really well. Solid course! My favorite holes were 5 and 9. The coloring was great. With the wind turned up I was required to do some shot shaping and I enjoyed that. Thanks for giving us this course. Good luck in the competition. Below is my playthrough without any commentary. Thanks again.

A nice effort, played well and looks good.
I did run through a bunker or two that maybe wasn't intended, I'm not sure how firm you set your bunkers.
Had my usual putting woes, and finished just over par.
Thanks for the contribution !
A reciprocal round on any one of mine would be appreciated - even more so if you XBox and I get to see a ghost round out of it.

Cant wait to play it! Being from Wisconsin and a Packers season ticket holder, im pissed that i didn't think of this first! I'm adding it to my society this week so all of my non Packer loving friends are forced to play it! I promise I won't tell them anything about it until they play it and rate it 5 stars for you.  |

Those couple of bunkers may have been a bit shallow but I did have them former as the intention was that the countryside was meant to me a bit dry. I normally have greens playing slower and surfaces softer than I designed for this course. If you check out schwarzwasser golfplatz you will see what I mean. I will surely look for your courses but as I play on PS4 there will be no ghost for you unfortunately. |

Good to see that you had to think about some of your shots and that the slopes played the way I intended. Not only greens but fairways too. |
